Abstract: งานวิจัยครั้งนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์ อันได้แก่ 1) เพื่อศึกษาความคิดเห็นที่มีต่อกลยุทธ์พันธมิตรเชิงธุรกิจของผู้ใช้บริการแอปพลิเคชันของ Telemed A ในประเทศไทย 2) เพื่อศึกษากระบวนการตัดสินใจดาวน์โหลดของผู้ใช้บริการแอปพลิเคชันของ Telemed A ในประเทศไทย 3) เพื่อวิเคราะห์ความมีอิทธิพลของกลยุทธ์พันธมิตรเชิงธุรกิจที่ส่งผลต่อการตัดสินใจดาวน์โหลดแอพพลิเคชั่น Telemed A ของผู้ใช้บริการในประเทศไทย กลุ่มตัวอย่างที่ใช้ในการวิจัยคือ ผู้ที่เคยตัดสินใจใช้บริการแพทย์ทางไกลผ่านแอพพลิเคชัน Telemed A โดยวิธีการสุ่มตัวอย่างแบบเฉพาะเจาะจง (Purposive Sampling) จำนวน 395 คน เครื่องมือที่ใช้ในการวิจัยคือ แบบสอบถาม(Questionnaire) มีค่าความเชื่อถือได้เท่ากับ 0.930 และมีการตรวจสอบความเที่ยงตรงของเนื้อหาจากผู้ทรงคุณวุฒิ สถิติที่ใช้ในการวิเคราะห์ข้อมูลเบื้องต้น คือ สถิติเชิงพรรณนาได้แก่ ค่าความถี่ ค่าร้อยละ ค่าเฉลี่ย ค่าเบี่ยงเบนมาตรฐาน สถิติการวิเคราะห์ถดถอยอย่างง่ายและการวิเคราะห์การถดถอยเชิงพหุ ผลการวิจัยพบว่า ผู้ตอบแบบสอบถามมีความคิดเห็นต่อกลยุทธ์พันธมิตรเชิงธุรกิจโดยรวมอยู่ในระดับมากที่สุดอีกทั้งส่งผลต่อการตัดสินใจดาวน์โหลดแอปพลิเคชัน Telemed A ในประเทศไทยอย่างมีนัยสำคัญทางสถิติที่ระดับ 0.05 และเมื่อพิจารณาเป็นรายด้าน พบว่ามี 3 ด้านที่ส่งผลต่อการตัดสินใจดาวน์โหลดแอปพลิเคชั่น Telemed A ในประเทศไทย ได้แก่ ด้านความร่วมมือในการจัดหาการบริการต่างๆในแอปพลิเคชัน ด้านความร่วมมือทรัพยากรเชิงกลยุทธ์ และด้านความร่วมมือทางการตลาด อย่างมีนัยสำคัญทางสถิติที่ระดับ 0.05
The purposes of this research were 1) to study consumers opinion on the business alliance strategy of Telemed A application in Thailand 2) to study consumers' decision process to download of Telemed A application in Thailand 3) to analyze the influence of business alliance strategies affecting consumers' decision to download Telemed A application in Thailand. The samples were 395 users who previously decided to use telemedicine services via Telemed A application by purposive sampling. The research instrument was a questionnaire. It has a reliability value of 0.930 and has been checked for its accuracy by a qualified person. The data were analyzed using frequency, percentage, mean, standard deviation, simple regression analysis and multiple regression analysis. The finding were that the respondents had the highest opinion on the overall business alliance strategy, and also significantly affected the decision to download the Telemed A application in Thailand at 0.05 level. When considering each aspect, it was found that the decision to download is affected by 3 aspects including procurement cooperation, strategic resource cooperation and marketing cooperation statistically significant at the 0.05 level.
