ความพึงพอใจในสวัสดิการที่มีผลต่อความผูกพันต่อองค์กรของพนักงานระดับผู้ช่วยผู้สอบบัญชี กรณีศึกษา บริษัท สำนักงานอีวาย จำกัด

Abstract

งานวิจัยนี้จึงมีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อศึกษาความพึงพอใจในสวัสดิการที่มีผลต่อความผูกพันต่อองค์กรของพนักงานระดับผู้ช่วยผู้สอบบัญชี กรณีศึกษา บริษัท สำนักงานอีวาย จำกัด โดยกลุ่มตัวอย่างมุ่งศึกษาไปที่ตำแหน่งผู้ช่วยผู้สอบบัญชี โดยใช้ปัจจัยที่ส่งผลต่อความพึงพอใจในสวัสดิการ ของผู้ช่วยผู้สอบบัญชีเบื้องต้นประกอบ ปัจจัยด้านสวัสดิการ ได้แก่ ปัจจัยด้านเศรษฐกิจ ปัจจัยด้านค่ารักษาพยาบาล ปัจจัยด้านการศึกษา ด้านนันทนาการ ด้านสภาพแวดล้อมภายในองค์กร และความผูกพันต่อองค์กร โดยทำการสำรวจและเก็บข้อมูลผ่านแบบสอบถาม จำนวน 130 ชุดข้อมูล และทดสอบความน่าเชื่อถือด้วยวิธีคอนแบ็ชกับกลุ่มตัวอย่างจำนวน 30 คน ได้ระดับความเชื่อมั่นระหว่าง 0.668-0.903 โดยใช้สถิติเชิงพรรณนาและสถิติเชิงอนุมานในการวิเคราะห์

This purpose of this study is to examines Satisfaction in the welfare affecting organizational commitment of auditor assistants A case study of EY Office Company Limited. The sample group focused on the position of auditor assistant by using the factors affecting the satisfaction of the welfare. Welfare factors include economic factors, Medical Costs, Educational factors, Recreation and The environment and The commitment to the organization by surveying and collecting data through questionnaires of 130 data sets. The Cronbach’s Alpha reliability test was between 0.668 - 0.903 from 30 participants contributions. The statistic methods were categorized into the descriptive and influential statistics methods.
