Abstract: การวิจัยนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อศึกษาอิทธิพลของความพึงพอใจ การรับรู้ถึงประโยชน์ และ ความเชื่อมั่นที่ส่งผลต่อการกลับมาใช้บริการเดลิเวอรี่ผ่านทางแอพพลิเคชั่นของร้าน 7-11 หลังช่วง COVID-19 ระลอกใหม่ ประชากรในการศึกษา ได้แก่ ผู้บริโภคที่เคยใช้บริการเดลิเวอรี่ผ่านทางแอป พลิเคชันของร้าน 7-11 ในช่วง COVID-19 โดยใช้วิธีการสุ่มตัวอย่างแบบเจาะจงในการเลือกตัวอย่าง จ านวน 120 ตัวอย่างและใช้แบบสอบถามออนไลน์ในการเก็บรวบรวมข้อมูล สถิติส าหรับวิเคราะห์ ข้อมูล ได้แก่ค่าร้อยละ ค่าเฉลี่ย ค่าเบี่ยงเบนมาตรฐานและการวิเคราะห์แบบถดถอยเชิงพหุ (Multiple Regression Analysis) จากการวิจัย พบว่า ความพึงพอใจและการรับรู้ประโยชน์จากการใช้บริการเดลิเวอรี่ของ 7-11 ในช่วง COVID-19 อยู่ในระดับมากที่สุด ในขณะที่ความเชื่อมั่นต่อบริการเดลิเวอรี่ และการ กลับมาใช้บริการเดลิเวอรี่ของ 7-11 หลังสิ้นสุดช่วง COVID-19 อยู่ในระดับมาก ส าหรับผลการ ทดสอบสมมติฐาน พบว่า การรับรู้ถึงประโยชน์ของการใช้บริการเดลิเวอรี่ส่งผลต่อการกลับมาใช้ บริการเดลิเวอรี่ผ่านทางแอปพลิเคชันของร้าน 7-11หลังช่วง COVID-19 ในขณะที่ความพึงพอใจและ ความเชื่อมั่นที่มีต่อบริการเดลิเวอรี่ ไม่ส่งผลต่อการกลับมาใช้บริการอย่างมีนัยส าคัญทางสถิติที่ระดับ .05
The purpose of this research was to study the influence of satisfaction, perceived benefit, and confidence on returning to delivery services via the 7-11 store application after the outbreak COVID-19's new wave. The population was consumers who used delivery service via 7-11 store application during COVID-19. Samples of 120 cases were selected using specific sampling method. The instruments used were online questionnaires. Data were collected and analyzed using Percentage, Mean, Standard Deviation and Multiple Regression Analysis. The findings indicated that satisfaction and perceptions of the service delivery of 7-11 during COVID-19 at the most. Meanwhile, the confidence in the delivery service and the return of 7-11 delivery service after the end of the COVID-19 period is at high level. The hypothesis testing revealed that perceptions of the benefits of using delivery services affect the return of delivery services via 7-11 store applications after the COVID-19 period. While satisfaction and confidence with delivery service did not affect service return was statistically significant at 0.05 level.
