Abstract: การศึกษาฉบับนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อศึกษาทัศนคติ การรับรู้ประโยชน์ การรับรู้ความง่ายต่อการใช้งาน และคุณภาพการให้บริการที่มีอิทธิพลต่อการตัดสินใจใช้บริการบริษัทขนส่งอาหารออนไลน์ของร้านอาหารในกรุงเทพมหานครและปริมณฑล ตัวอย่างที่ใช้ในการศึกษาครั้งนี้มาจากประชากรที่อาศัยอยู่ในจังหวัดกรุงเทพมหานครและปริมณฑล โดยใช้วิธีการสุ่มตัวอย่างแบบเจาะจง จำนวน 400 ร้าน เครื่องมือที่ใช้ในการศึกษาคือแบบสอบถาม โดยมีค่าความเชื่อมั่นรวมอยู่ที่ 0.978 และมีการตรวจสอบความเที่ยงตรงของเนื้อหาจากผู้ทรงคุณวุฒิ สถิติที่ใช้ในการวิเคราะห์ข้อมูล คือ สถิติเชิงพรรณนาได้แก่ ค่าเฉลี่ย ค่าส่วนเบี่ยงเบนมาตรฐาน ค่าความถี่ และค่าร้อยละ และสถิติเชิงอ้างอิงที่ใช้ในการทดสอบสมมติฐาน คือ การวิเคราะห์สมการถดถอยเชิงพหุคูณ ผลการศึกษาพบว่า ทัศนคติ การรับรู้ประโยชน์ การรับรู้ความง่ายต่อการใช้งาน และคุณภาพการให้บริการ มีอิทธิพลต่อการตัดสินใจใช้บริการบริษัทขนส่งอาหารออนไลน์ ของร้านอาหารอย่างมีนัยสำคัญทางสถิติที่ระดับ 0.05 เมื่อพิจารณาเป็นรายประเภทจะพบว่าการรับรู้ประโยชน์ ส่งผลต่อการตัดสินใจใช้บริการบริษัทขนส่งอาหารออนไลน์ ของร้านอาหารในกรุงเทพมหานครและปริมณฑลมากที่สุด (Beta = 0.897) นอกจากนี้เมื่อวิเคราะห์ค่าสัมประสิทธิ์การตัดสินใจ (R2 = .815) พบว่าตัวแปรอิสระได้แก่ ทัศนคติ การรับรู้ประโยชน์ การรับรู้ความง่ายต่อการใช้งานและคุณภาพการให้บริการ ส่งผลกระทบต่อการตัดสินใจใช้บริการบริษัทขนส่งอาหารออนไลน์ของร้านอาหารในกรุงเทพมหานครและปริมณฑล คิดเป็นร้อยละ 81.50 ในระดับนัยสำคัญ 0.05 ที่เหลืออีก 18.50 เป็นผลเนื่องมาจากปัจจัยอื่น
This study aims to study attitudes, perceived usefulness, perceive ease of use, and service quality that influenced the decision of restaurants in Bangkok and its vicinity to use the online services of food delivery companies. The samples used in this study consisted of 400 persons of the populations of Bangkok and its vicinity, and the sampling method used was a purposive sampling. The tool for this study were questionnaires with a reliability Cronbach Alpha value of 0.978 and there has been a validity test of content by experts. The statistics used in data analysis are descriptive statistics, such as mean, standard deviation, frequency and percentage values. The reference statistics used to test assumptions was an analysis of multiple regression. The study results showed that the attitude, perceived usefulness, perceive ease of use, and service quality affect to the decision of restaurants to use online service of food delivery companies at the statistical significance level of 0.05. When taking into consideration each type of the above items, it was found that the perceived usefulness affected the decision of the stores in Bangkok and its vicinity the most in using online service of food delivery companies (Beta = 0.897). In addition, it is found that the coefficient value of the decision was (R2 = .815) is mean that the attitudes, perceived usefulness, perceive ease of use, and service quality that influenced the decision of restaurants in Bangkok service about 81.50% at a statistically significant level of 0.05. Another 18.50% was due to other factor.
