Abstract: The purpose of this research was to study the impact of manpower planning, employee motivation, and employee participation affecting organizational effectiveness for the logistics company group. The 250 respondents were people who worked in the logistics company group. The researcher used the questionnaire as a research tool and distributed the questionnaire to the date from such respondents. The multiple regression model used hypothesis testing with statistical significance at the level of 0.05. The result was found that manpower planning, employee motivation, and employee participation affect the effectiveness of the organization.
