รูปแบบและกระบวนการผลิตข่าวเศรษฐกิจในยุคดิจิทัล : กรณีศึกษาสถานีโทรทัศน์พีพีทีวี (HD36)

Abstract

การศึกษาวิจัย เรื่อง กระบวนการผลิตข่าวเศรษฐกิจ ของสถานีโทรทัศน์ PPTV HD 36 มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อศึกษา ความหมาย องค์ประกอบ กระบวนการ และรูปแบบ การผลิตข่าวเศรษฐกิจในยุคดิจิทัลตั้งแต่การวางนโยบายข่าวเศรษฐกิจ ไปจนถึงการพัฒนาเนื้อหาให้ตอบรับกับผู้รับสาร ไปจนถึงกลยุทธ์การคัดเลือกข่าวที่จะนำเสนอ ซึ่งการทำวิจัยครั้งนี้จัดทำเป็นรูปแบบการวิจัยเชิงคุณภาพ (Qualitative Research) โดยการสัมภาษณ์เชิงลึก (In-Depth Interview) ทั้งบรรณาธิการข่าวเศรษฐกิจของสถานีโทรทัศน์ พีพีทีวี ผู้ช่วยบรรณาธิการข่าวเศรษฐกิจ ผู้ควบคุมการผลิตรายการ และผู้สื่อข่าวเศรษฐกิจที่เป็นส่วนสำคัญในการผลิตเนื้อหาข่าว แล้วนำมาสรุป วิเคราะห์ผลตามวัตถุประสงค์การวิจัยที่ได้ตั้งไว้ ผลการศึกษาวิจัยครั้งนี้ พบว่า ความหมายของข่าวการนำเสนอข่าวเศรษฐกิจในยุคดิจิทัล คือ การผลิตเนื้อหาข่าวที่เกี่ยวข้องกับการเงินการลงทุนหรือวิถีชีวิตของผู้คนในสังคม ที่มีการนำเสนออย่างรวดเร็วทันเหตุการณ์ ซึ่งเนื้อหาของข่าวจะต้องผ่านกระบวนการย่อยสารให้เกิดความเข้าใจง่าย และนำไปสู่การต่อยอดในแพลตฟอร์มอื่นได้อย่างมีประสิทธิภาพ ทั้งนี้ กระบวนการผลิตข่าวเศรษฐกิจในยุคดิจิทัลจะต้องประกอบด้วยองค์ประกอบ 4 ประการ ได้แก่ 1. ความถูกต้องของเนื้อหาข่าวสาว คุณค่าความเป็นข่าว 2. ทีมงานที่มีความสร้างสรรค์ 3. ระบบเทคโนโลยีการผลิตและออกอากาศที่ทันสมัย และ 4. ประเด็นของข่าวต้องตรงกับความต้องการของผู้รับชมในออนไลน์ ตลอดจนพบว่ากระบวนการผลิตข่าวประกอบด้วย 4 ขั้นตอน ได้แก่ 1. การวางแผนประชุมทีมข่าว 2. การลงพื้นที่ผลิตข่าว 3. ส่งภาพเข้าสู่กระบวนการตัดต่อเพื่อออกอากาศ และ 4. ตรวจสอบประเมินเนื้อหาย้อนหลังเพื่อพัฒนาคุณภาพ และพบว่ารูปแบบการนำเสนอข่าวมีอยู่ 4 รูปแบบ ได้แก่ 1. การรายงานข่าว 2. การรายงานสถานการณ์สด 3. การทำสกู๊ปข่าวหรือสัมภาษณ์พิเศษ และ 4. สารคดีเชิงข่าว

The objective of this study was to investigate the meanings, components, process, and model of economic news production in digital age by focusing on economic news policy formation and content development to respond to the audience as well as news selection strategy for further presentation. This study was conducted through qualitative research using in-depth interview as a tool to collect data from economic news editor of PPTV, assistant editor, production supervisor, and reporters who play an important role in producing news content. Data collected were then summarized and analyzed according to the set research objective. The results of this research indicated that the meaning of economic news presentation in digital age was characterized by the production of news content related to finance, investment or the way of life of people in society that was presented in a timely manner. The news content was digested for easy understanding, leading to the extension to other platforms effectively. The economic news production process in digital era consisted of 4 components, 1. accuracy and value of news content 2. creative team 3. modern production and broadcast technology system and 4. news issue’s responsiveness to the needs of online viewers. In addition, it was found that the news production process consisted of 4 steps: 1. planning a news team meeting 2. visiting news production area 3. submitting images to the editing process for further broadcasting and 4. reviewing and evaluating content backwards to improve quality. Lastly, there were 4 news presentation models, namely 1. news reporting 2. live situation reporting 3. news scooping or special interviews and 4. news documentary.
