The research had two objectives: 1) to study the strategy of producing online content for NANAKE555 Channel on YouTube website, and 2) to examine consumers’ opinions on YouTube NANAKE555 Channel. The research was qualitative, using in–depth interviews with two groups: one executive and one creative of Nake and the City Company Limited, and 10 users of the YouTube website that followed the news on NANAKE555 channel. The results showed that at present consumers’ viewing programs has changed. So did their demand. There was no need for viewers to wait to watch the program at the time the TV was presented; that is, viewers could watch the already broadcast program later. Transaction on YouTube was a form that did not require excellence in productions. However, executives should have their own environment analysis by knowing strengths, weaknesses, opportunities and threats, and use the strengths to create strategies and conducting transactions on YouTube. Content must be entertaining, educate, enjoyable, short, simple, with clear points of interest to communicate, and avoid cramming ads. Production strategies must be reconsidered and reworked every day because it is difficult to guess the needs of consumers. It was found that the viewers knew the programs, interview program One Night Story, No’5 Bar variety show, and reality show, Walking along Na [NANAKE], dogs don't bite because they liked the host [NANAKE] and followed him. The viewers knew the programs from sharing in NANAKE’s Facebook Like, and from a friend's Facebook that was later sent to. Then, they forwarded to close friends since the program content responded to the needs of viewers.
