การศึกษาปัจจัยคุณสมบัติส่วนบุคคล ภาวะผู้นำ และการสื่อสารภายในองค์กร ที่มีต่อประสิทธิผลใน การทำงานของพนักงานระดับปฏิบัติการของ บริษัท ซัมมิท โอโต บอดี้ อินดัสตรี จำกัด

Abstract

การศึกษาวิจัยครั้งนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์ของการศึกษาดังนี้ 1) เพื่อศึกษาความแตกต่างปัจจัยคุณสมบัติส่วนบุคคลด้าน เพศ อายุ รายได้ ระดับการศึกษา สภานภาพ อายุงาน ที่มีต่อประสิทธิผลในการทำงานของพนักงานระดับปฏิบัติการของบริษัท ซัมมิท โอโต บอดี้ อินดัสตรี จำกัด 2) เพื่อศึกษาอิทธิพลของภาวะผู้นำ ที่มีต่อประสิทธิผลในการทำงานของพนักงานระดับปฏิบัติการของบริษัท ซัมมิท โอโต บอดี้ อินดัสตรี จำกัด 3) เพื่อศึกษาอิทธิพลของการสื่อสารภายในองค์กร ที่มีต่อประสิทธิผลในการทำงานของพนักงานระดับปฏิบัติการของบริษัท ซัมมิท โอโต บอดี้ อินดัสตรี จำกัด โดยใช้แบบสอบถามเป็นเครื่องมือในการวิจัยเพื่อนำไปเก็บข้อมูลกับกลุ่มตัวอย่างที่เป็นพนักงานระดับปฏิบัติการของบริษัท ซัมมิท โอโต บอดี้ อินดัสตรี จำกัด จำนวน 400 คน ซึ่งวิธีการทางสถิติที่ใช้ในงานวิจัยนี้แบ่งเป็น 2 ประเภทได้แก่สถิติเชิงพรรณนา ซึ่งได้แก่ ค่าร้อยละ ค่าเฉลี่ย และค่าส่วนเบี่ยงเบนมาตรฐาน และสถิติเชิงอนุมาน ซึ่งได้แก่ สถิติทดสอบหาความแตกต่างค่าที (t-test) และใช้สถิติทดสอบหาความแตกต่างค่าเอฟ (F-test) หรือการทดสอบความแปรปรวนทางเดียว (One-way ANOVA) ทดสอบด้วยการเปรียบเทียบเป็นรายคู่ (Multiple Comparisons) ด้วยวิธีของเชฟเฟ่ (Scheffe) และสถิติทดสอบหาความสัมพันธ์ระหว่างตัวแปรด้วยวิธีวิเคราะห์การถดถอยเชิงพหุ (Multiple Regression Analysis) ผลการศึกษาพบว่า 1) ความแตกต่างของปัจจัยคุณสมบัติส่วนบุคคล ด้านรายได้ มีผลต่อประสิทธิผลในการทำงานของพนักงานระดับปฏิบัติการของ บริษัท ซัมมิท โอโต บอดี้ อินดัสตรี จำกัด ที่แตกต่างกัน 2) อิทธิพลของภาวะผู้นำด้านผู้บังคับบัญชาแบบชี้นำ ด้านผู้บังคับบัญชาแบบสนับสนุน มีผลต่อประสิทธิผลในการทำงานของพนักงานระดับปฏิบัติการของ บริษัท ซัมมิท โอโต บอดี้ อินดัสตรี จำกัดอย่างมีนัยสำคัญทางสถิติที่ระดับ 0.05 และ 3) อิทธิพลของการสื่อสารภายในองค์กร ด้านการสื่อสารจากบนลงล่าง ด้านการสื่อสารจากล่างขึ้นบน และด้านการสื่อสารในแนวนอน มีผลต่อประสิทธิผลในการทำงานของพนักงานระดับปฏิบัติการของ บริษัท ซัมมิท โอโต บอดี้ อินดัสตรี จำกัดอย่างมีนัยสำคัญทางสถิติที่ระดับ 0.05

This research aims to 1) study the differences of personal characteristics factor: gender, age, salary, education level, status, work experience of employees affecting employee organizational effectiveness in Summit Auto Body Industry Company Limited, 2) study the influence of leadership Characteristics affecting employee organizational effectiveness in Summit Auto Body Industry Company Limited; and 3) study the influence of organizational communication affecting employee organizational effectiveness in Summit Auto Body Industry Company Limited. In this research, the questionnaire was used as a research tool to collect data from 400 employees of Summit Auto Body Industry Company Limited. Statistical methods used in this research are consisted of 2 types: the descriptive statistics which are percentage, mean, and standard deviation, and the inferential statistics which are t-test, F-test or one-way ANOVA analysis with Multiple Comparisons using Scheffe algorithm and Multiple Regression Analysis. 1) The study revealed that the differences of personal characteristic factors: salary affecting employee organizational effectiveness in Summit Auto Body Industry Company Limited. 2) The study the influence of leadership Characteristics Directive Leadership, Supportive Leadership affecting employee organizational effectiveness in Summit Auto Body Industry Company Limited; and 3) study the influence of organizational communication Downward Communication, Upward Communication and Horizontal Communication affecting employee organizational effectiveness in Summit Auto Body Industry Company Limited. with the statistically significant at the 0.05 level
