Abstract: | วัตถุประสงค์ของการศึกษาดังนี้ (1) เพื่อศึกษาข้อมูลส่วนบุคคลที่มีผลต่อภาพลักษณ์ขององค์กร กรณีศึกษาบริษัทรถจักรยานยนต์ญี่ปุ่นแห่งหนึ่ง (2) เพื่อศึกษาคุณภาพการบริการที่มีผลต่อภาพลักษณ์ขององค์กร กรณีศึกษาบริษัทรถจักรยานยนต์ญี่ปุ่นแห่งหนึ่ง และ (3) เพื่อศึกษาการจัดกิจกรรมส่งเสริมการมีส่วนร่วมของสังคม (CSR) ที่มีผลต่อภาพลักษณ์ขององค์กร กรณีศึกษาบริษัทรถจักรยานยนต์ญี่ปุ่นแห่งหนึ่ง กลุ่มตัวอย่างคือ ลูกค้าผู้ใช้บริการของบริษัทรถจักรยานยนต์ญี่ปุ่น แห่งหนึ่งในเขตกรุงเทพมหานคร จำนวน 400 คน โดยวิธีการสุ่มแบบบังเอิญ เครื่องมือที่ใช้ในการวิจัยคือแบบสอบถามประมาณค่า 5 ระดับ สถิติพื้นฐานที่ใช้ในการวิจัย ได้แก่ ค่าความถี่ ค่าร้อยละ ค่าเฉลี่ย และค่าส่วนเบี่ยงเบนมาตรฐาน สถิติเชิงอนุมานคือการทดสอบหาความแตกต่างค่าที (Independent Samples t-test) การทดสอบหาความแตกต่างค่าเอฟ (F-test) โดยการวิเคราะห์ความแปรปรวนแบบทางเดียว (One-Way ANOVA) และการวิเคราะห์ความถดถอยเชิงพหุ (Multiple Regression Analysis) ผลการศึกษา พบว่า (1) ข้อมูลส่วนบุคคลคือ เพศ อายุ สถานภาพ ระดับการศึกษา อาชีพ รายได้ต่อเดือน และระยะเวลาที่เป็นลูกค้า ที่แตกต่างกันส่งผลต่อภาพลักษณ์องค์กรอย่างไม่แตกต่างกัน (2) คุณภาพการให้บริการมีผลต่อภาพลักษณ์ขององค์กรอย่างมีนัยสำคัญทางสถิติที่ระดับ 0.05 โดยคุณภาพการให้บริการมีผลต่อภาพลักษณ์ภาพลักษณ์ขององค์กรร้อยละ 44.50 และ (3) การจัดกิจกรรมการส่งเสริมการมีส่วนร่วมของสังคม (CSR) มีมีผลต่อภาพลักษณ์ขององค์กรอย่างมีนัยสำคัญทางสถิติที่ระดับ 0.05 โดยการจัดกิจกรรมการส่งเสริมการมีส่วนร่วมของสังคม (CSR) มีผลต่อภาพลักษณ์ขององค์กรร้อยละ 31.80 The purposes of this research are: (1) to study a personal data that affect toward corporate image of a Japanese’s motorcycle company, (2) to study a service quality that affect toward corporate image of a Japanese’s motorcycle company, (3) to study a promotional corporate social responsibility (CSR) activities that affect toward corporate image of a Japanese’s motorcycle company. The samples used in this research were 400 customers of Japanese’s motorcycle company in Bangkok, by using accidental sampling method. The research instruments were 5 rating-scale questionnaires. The basic statistic methods used in this research were frequency, percentage, mean, and standard deviation. The inferential statistics were independent samples t-test, F-test, One-Way ANOVA, and multiple regression analysis. From the research has found that (1) the difference between personal data such as; gender, age, marital status, educational level, occupation, income, and customer retention affected toward a corporate image at the same level, (2) a service quality that affected toward a corporate image had a statistical significant level at 0.05, and (3) a promotional corporate social responsibility (CSR) activities that affect toward a corporate image had a statistical significant level at the 0.05. In addition, a promotional corporate social responsibility (CSR) activity that affect toward a corporate’s image at 31.8 percentage. |
