Abstract

งานวิจัยนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อศึกษาปัจจัยที่ส่งผลต่อการตัดสินใจใช้บริการร้านยาปลาดุกฟูฟู่ รสแซบ เดลิเวอรี่ผู้วิจัยได้รวบรวมข้อมูลทั้งปฐมภูมิและข้อมูลทุติยภูมิ โดยศึกษาข้อมูลจากเอกสารและงานวิจัยที่เกี่ยวข้อง และใช้แบบสอบถามเป็นเครื่องมือในการเก็บรวบรวมข้อมูลจากผู้บริโภคในพื้นที่โซนสุขุมวิท ซ.8-15 กลุ่มตัวอย่างจานวน 205 คน พบว่า ระดับความคิดเห็นโดยรวมของผู้บริโภคต่อปัจจัยส่วนประสมการตลาด 7Ps (The Seventh Ps of The Marketing Mix) ในระดับมากที่สุดคือ ด้านผลิตภัณฑ์ (Product) ด้านราคา (Price) และด้านช่องทางการจัดจาหน่าย (Place of Distribution Channel) และในระดับมากคือ ด้านการส่งเสริมการตลาด (Promotion) ด้านบุคลากร (Personal) ด้านกระบวนการให้บริการ (Process) และด้านลักษณะทางกายภาพ (Physical evidence) ระดับความพึงพอใจโดยภาพรวมต่อการให้บริการอยู่ที่ พอใจ ร้อยละ 96.59

The purpose of this research was to investigate the factors influencing the decision to use catfish salad delivery service. The researcher collected both primary and secondary data. By studying the relevant documents and research. The questionnaire was used as a tool to collect data from consumers in Sukhumvit Soi 8-15. The sample consisted of 205 people. The overall level of consumer opinion was 7Ps (The Seventh Ps of The Marketing Mix). Product, Price, Place of Distribution Channel. Promotion, Personnel, Process, and Physical evidence. The overall satisfaction level was 96.59%
