Abstract

วัตถุประสงค์ของแผนธุรกิจฉบับนี้ จัดทำขึ้นเพื่อศึกษาถึงความเป็นไปได้ในการทำธุรกิจบริการผู้สูงอายุ และเพื่อกำหนดแนวทางในการดำเนินธุรกิจ รูปแบบของธุรกิจเป็นประเภทให้บริการ ซึ่งดำเนินงานเกี่ยวกับบริการรถรับส่งผู้สูงอายุโดยเฉพาะ ประเภทของข้อมูลที่นำมาใช้ในการจัดทำแผนได้จากการเก็บรวบรวมข้อมูลผ่านการสำรวจความคิดเห็น โดยใช้แบบสอบถามปลายปิด (Close-ended Questionnaire) ซึ่งจะมีการวิเคราะห์ค่าสถิติโดยใช้โปรแกรม SPSS แบบสถิติพรรณนา (Descriptive Statistics) ในการหาค่าความถี่ (Frequencies) ร้อยละ(Percent) และค่าเฉลี่ย (Mean) จำนวนผู้ตอบแบบสอบถามทั้งหมด 200 คน ประกอบด้วยกลุ่มผู้สูงอายุชาวไทยที่อาศัยอยู่ในจังหวัดสมุทรปราการ มีอายุตั้งแต่ 60 ปีขึ้นไป เนื่องจากมีความเกี่ยวข้องกับการตัดสินใจใช้บริการโดยตรง และคาดว่าจะมีความต้องการในการใช้บริการที่กำลังจัดทำแผนธุรกิจฉบับนี้ ซึ่งผลจากการวิเคราะห์พบว่า เหตุผลหลักในการเข้าร่วมกิจกรรมทางสังคมคือ ได้มีสังคมร่วมกับผู้อื่นในวัยเดียวกัน และเหตุปัจจัยหลักที่ส่งผลต่อความพึงพอใจในการเลือกใช้บริการคือ พึงพอใจต่อความปลอดภัยในการเดินทางและพึงพอใจต่อความรวดเร็วในการให้บริการ ผลของแผนธุรกิจสรุปได้ว่า แผนธุรกิจนี้เป็นแผนธุรกิจที่เกี่ยวข้องกับการเริ่มทำธุรกิจใหม่ คือ ธุรกิจประเภทบริการแก่ผู้สูงอายุ จากการวิเคราะห์สภาพแวดล้อมทางธุรกิจ พบว่า จุดแข็งที่สำคัญของธุรกิจคือ ความสามารถในการปฏิบัติงานของบุคลากร และความพร้อมของอุปกรณ์การให้บริการ ในขณะที่ธุรกิจยังมีจุดอ่อนที่ต้องแก้ไข คือ ความเป็นที่รู้จักของบริการและตราสินค้า โอกาสที่เหมาะสมกับธุรกิจได้แก่ จำนวนผู้สูงอายุที่เพิ่มมากขึ้นในประเทศไทย อย่างไรก็ตามอุปสรรคในการทำธุรกิจที่พบ คือ อัตราการเจริญเติบโตของเศรษฐกิจในประเทศชะลอตัว จากการวิเคราะห์แผนธุรกิจนี้ ทำให้เห็นว่ากิจการมีความมั่นคงทางการเงิน มีความสามารถในการทำกำไร และมีประสิทธิภายในการดำเนินงานดีขึ้นตามลำดับ นอกจากนี้ เมื่อวิเคราะห์ข้อมูลทางการเงินจากการลงทุน ทำให้เห็นว่ามูลค่าปัจจุบันสุทธิของกิจการ (Net Present Value)มีค่ามากกว่า 0 ซึ่งหมายความว่ากิจการมีผลตอบแทนเป็นบวกและอัตราผลตอบแทนภายใน (IRR) มีค่ามากกว่าต้นทุนเงินทุน จึงมีความคุ้มค่าที่จะลงทุน โดยกิจการจะใช้ระยะเวลาในการคืนทุน (Payback Period) ประมาณ 5 ปี จึงมีความเหมาะสมและคุ้มค่าที่จะลงทุน

The results of the business plan conclude that this business proposal is a business design that involves starting a new business, a business-type service for the elderly. Based on the analysis of the business environment, the key strengths of the business are: the ability of the personnel, and the availability of service equipment. While businesses have weaknesses that need to be solved is the reputation of service and brand. Business opportunities include: The number of elderly people increasing in Thailand.However, the barriers to doing business are the slowing economic growth in the country. Based on this business plan analysis. Make certain that the business is financially secure. Have the ability to make a profit in addition. When analyzing the financial information from the investment the net present value is greater than zero, which means that the business has a positive return. The internal rate of return (IRR) is greater than the cost of capital.The Company will use a payback period of approximately 5 years, which is reasonable and worth to invest.
