Abstract

งานวิจัยครั้งนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อศึกษาความฉลาดทางอารมณ์ ความสนิทสนมกับเพื่อนร่วมงาน แรงบันดาลใจ การสื่อสาร และความก้าวหน้าในอาชีพที่ส่งผลต่อความสำเร็จในการทำงานของพนักงานบริษัทเอกชนในเขตสีลม กรุงเทพมหานคร โดยใช้แบบสอบถามปลายปิดที่ผ่านการตรวจสอบความเชื่อมั่นและความตรงเชิงเนื้อหา ในการเก็บรวบรวมข้อมูลจากพนักงานบริษัทเอกชนในเขตสีลม กรุงเทพมหานคร จำนวน 220 คน สถิติเชิงอนุมานที่ใช้ทดสอบสมมติฐาน คือ การวิเคราะห์ความถดถอยเชิงพหุ ผลการศึกษาพบว่า ปัจจัยที่ส่งผลต่อความสำเร็จในการทำงานของพนักงานบริษัทเอกชนในเขตสีลม กรุงเทพมหานคร อย่างมีนัยสำคัญทางสถิติที่ระดับ .05 ได้แก่ ความฉลาดทางอารมณ์ และความก้าวหน้าในอาชีพ โดยร่วมกันพยากรณ์ความสำเร็จในการทำงานของพนักงานบริษัทเอกชนในเขตสีลม กรุงเทพมหานคร ในขณะที่ความสนิทสนมกับเพื่อนร่วมงาน แรงบันดาลใจ และการสื่อสารไม่ส่งผลต่อความสำเร็จในการทำงานของพนักงานบริษัทเอกชนในเขตสีลม กรุงเทพมหานคร

This research was aimed to examine the needs for emotional intelligence, intimacy with colleagues, inspiration, communication, and career advancement affecting job achievement of private employees in Silom district, Bangkok. The data were collected using close-ended questionnaires which its reliability and content validity were investigated and approved. The data were gathered from 220 employees working for private companies located in Silom district, Bangkok. Inferential statistics by means of multiple regression was applied for hypothesis test. The results found that factors influencing job achievement of private employees in Silom district, Bangkok with a .05 level of statistical significance were emotional intelligence, and career advancement. These factors could predict job achievement of private employees in Silom district, Bangkok. However, the intimacy with colleagues, inspiration, and communication did not affect job achievement of private employees in Silom district, Bangkok.
