Abstract: การวิจัยนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อวิเคราะห์รูปแบบการดำเนินชีวิต แรงจูงใจ และการรับรู้องค์ประกอบการท่องเที่ยว ที่ส่งผลต่อการตัดสินใจท่องเที่ยวประเทศญี่ปุ่นของนักท่องเที่ยวชาวไทยด้วยตนเอง ในจังหวัดกรุงเทพมหานคร ประชากรสำหรับการวิจัยครั้งนี้ คือ นักท่องเที่ยวที่เคยเดินทางไปประเทศญี่ปุ่นด้วยตนเอง อายุระหว่าง 20 ถึง 65 ปี ใช้แบบสอบถามเป็นเครื่องมือในการเก็บรวบรวมข้อมูลจากกลุ่มตัวอย่าง 120 คนผ่านทางเฟสบุ๊คแฟนเพจ “คุณนายปลาดิบ” โดยใช้วิธีการสุ่มตัวอย่างแบบตามสะดวก สถิติที่ใช้ ในการวิเคราะห์ข้อมูลได้แก่ ค่าร้อยละ ค่าความถี่ ค่าเฉลี่ย ค่าส่วนเบี่ยงเบนและการวิเคราะห์ถดถอยพหุคูณ (Multiple Regression Analysis) ผลการวิจัยพบว่า ผู้ตอบแบบสอบถามมีความคิดเห็นเกี่ยวกับรูปแบบการดำเนินชีวิตโดยภาพรวมอยู่ในระดับมาก สำหรับแรงจูงใจในการเดินทางไปท่องเที่ยวในประเทศญี่ปุ่นในภาพรวมอยู่ในระดับมาก โดยนักเที่ยวมีแรงจูงใจด้านปัจจัยดึงดูดมากกว่าแรงจูงใจด้านปัจจัยผลัก ในขณะที่การรับรู้องค์ประกอบแหล่งท่องเที่ยวโดยภาพรวมอยู่ในระดับมากที่สุด โดยนักท่องเที่ยวมีการรับรู้องค์ประกอบด้านสิ่งดึงดูดใจมากที่สุดตามด้านการเข้าถึงแหล่งท่องเที่ยวและด้านสิ่งอำนวยความสะดวก ผลการทดสอบสมมติฐานพบว่าแรงจูงใจด้านปัจจัยผลักส่งผลต่อการตัดสินใจท่องเที่ยวประเทศญี่ปุ่นมากที่สุด ตามด้วยแรงจูงใจด้านปัจจัยดึงดูด และการรับรู้องค์ประกอบการท่องเที่ยวด้านสิ่งดึงดูดใจ ส่งผลต่อการตัดสินใจท่องเที่ยวประเทศญี่ปุ่นอย่างมีนัยสำคัญทางสถิติที่ระดับ 0.05
The objective of this research was to analyze the lifestyle, motivations and perceived factors of tourism composition. This survey was primarily focused independent Thai travelers. For this research sample respondents questionnaire online via the “Madam Sashimi” Facebook page. In total, 120 respondents between the ages of 20-65 in the survey. The statistics used in this study were segregated according to percentages, frequency, mean, standard deviation and multiple regression analysis. As a result of this research, it was evidenced that people’s lifestyles and Personal motivations to travel to Japan significantly affected their decision-making. In addition, it is important to note that many Thai travelers flagged that there were also a range of ‘pull factors’, in addition to the ‘push factors’, that influenced their decision to travel. Importantly however, it was the perception of Japan having robust tourist infrastructure that was the most influential factor. In fact, the most alluring tourism element for most Thai travelers across the board was ‘convenient access to tourist attractions’ and ‘facilities’. The study also unveiled the fact that it was people’s personal motivation to Travel that influenced visit Japan the most. This was closely followed by the desire for friendly tourism services and interesting and accessible tourist attractions. In summary, the decision by Thai’s to travel to Japan was statistically significant at 0.05.
