Abstract: | งานวิจัยนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อศึกษาความสอดคล้องในตนเอง คุณภาพสินค้าและบริการ ภาพลักษณ์ตราสินค้า และการออกแบบผลิตภัณฑ์ที่ส่งผลต่อการตัดสินใจเลือกซื้อสินค้าแบรนด์ ยูนิโคล่ (Uniqlo) ของผู้บริโภคในกรุงเทพมหานคร โดยใช้แบบสอบถามปลายปิดที่ผ่านการทดสอบความเชื่อมั่นและความตรงเชิงเนื้อหาในการเก็บรวบรวมข้อมูลจากผู้บริโภคในกรุงเทพมหานคร จำนวน 200 คน สถิติเชิงอนุมานที่ใช้ทดสอบสมมติฐาน ได้แก่ การวิเคราะห์ความถดถอยเชิงพหุ
ผลการศึกษาพบว่า ผู้ตอบแบบสอบถามส่วนใหญ่เป็นเพศหญิง อายุระหว่าง 20-25 ปีและ 26-30 ปี การศึกษาอยู่ในระดับปริญญาตรี เป็นเจ้าของธุรกิจ มีรายได้เฉลี่ยต่อเดือน 55,001 บาทขึ้นไป และความถี่ในการซื้อสินค้าโดยส่วนใหญ่ น้อยกว่า 1 ครั้งต่อเดือน นอกจากนี้ ปัจจัยที่ส่งผลต่อความตั้งสินใจเลือกซื้อสินค้าแบรนด์ยูนิโคล่ (Uniqlo) ของผู้บริโภคในกรุงเทพมหานคร อย่างมีนัยสำคัญทางสถิติที่ระดับ .05 ได้แก่ ปัจจัยด้านการออกแบบผลิตภัณฑ์ คุณภาพบริการ คุณภาพของสินค้า และความสอดคล้องในตนเอง ส่วนปัจจัยด้านภาพลักษณ์ตราสินค้าไม่ส่งผลต่อความตั้งสินใจเลือกซื้อสินค้าแบรนด์ยูนิโคล่ (Uniqlo) ของผู้บริโภคในกรุงเทพมหานคร The research was aimed to study self-congruity, product and service quality, brand image, and product design affecting decision to purchase Uniqlo products of consumers in Bangkok. Close-ended questionnaires were passed the verification for the reliability and content validity to use for data collection. The samples consisted of 200 consumers who used Uniqlo products and lived in Bangkok. Inferential statistics for the hypothesis testing was multiple regression analysis.
The results showed that the majority of respondents were females between 20 – 25 years and 26 – 30 years of age with educational background of bachelor’s degrees. Most of them worked for private companies and earned an average monthly income of 55,001 baht. They shopped at Uniqlo shop less than one time per week. Additionally, the factors affecting decision to purchase Uniqlo products of consumers in Bangkok with statistically significant level at .05 were product design, service quality, product quality, and self-congruity. However, the brand image did not affect decision to purchase Uniqlo products of consumers in Bangkok. |
