การศึกษาปัจจัยจิตวิทยาบุคคล วิถีชีวิต วุฒิภาวะทางอารมณ์ ที่มีผลต่อคุณภาพชีวิตการทำ งานของพนักงานระดับปฏิบัติการกลุ่ม Generation Y ในเขตกรุงเทพมหานคร และปริมณฑล

Abstract

การศึกษาวิจัยครั้งนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อศึกษาการศึกษาปัจจัยจิตวิทยาบุคคล วิถีชีวิต วุฒิภาวะทางอารมณ์ ที่มีผลต่อคุณภาพชีวิตการทำงานของพนักงานระดับปฏิบัติการกลุ่ม Generation Y ในเขตกรุงเทพมหานครและปริมณฑลโดยใช้แบบสอบถามเป็นเครื่องมือในการเก็บข้อมูลจากพนักงานระดับปฏิบัติการที่ทำงานบริษัทในกรุงเทพมหานครทั้ง 4 เขต ได้แก่ 1.เขตลาดพร้าว 2.เขตสาธร 3.เขตปทุมวัน 4.เขตพญาไทจำนวน 400 คน และวิธีการทางสถิติ ได้แก่ ค่าร้อยละ ค่าเฉลี่ยส่วนเบี่ยงเบนมาตรฐานและการวิเคราะห์สมมติฐาน ใช้สถิติทดสอบหาความสัมพันธ์แบบถดถอยอย่างง่าย (Simple Regression Analysis) และสถิติวิเคราะห์การถดถอยเชิงพหุ (Multiple Regression Analysis) ผลการศึกษา พบว่าด้าน ปัจจัยจิตวิทยาบุคคล ประกอบด้วยด้านความต้องการและด้านความคาดหวัง วิถีชีวิต วุฒิภาวะทางอารมณ์ ประกอบด้วยด้านตระหนักรู้อารมณ์ตนเอง ด้านการจัดการกับอารมณ์ของตนเอง ด้านการจูงใจตนเอง ด้านเข้าใจความรู้สึกของผู้อื่นและ ด้านพัฒนาสังคม มีผลต่อคุณภาพชีวิตการทำงานของพนักงานระดับปฏิบัติการกลุ่ม Generation Y ในเขตกรุงเทพมหานคร และปริมณฑล อย่างมีนัยสำคัญทางสถิติที่ระดับ 0.05

The objective of this research was to study the individual psychology, lifestyle, and emotional maturity factors affecting the quality of work life of Generation Y employees at the operation level in the Bangkok Metropolitan Area. A set of questionnaires was used as the data collection tool and distributed to 400 employees at the operation level in four districts of Bangkok: Lat Phrao, Sathon, Pathum Wan, and Phaya Thai. The statistical data analysis was conducted using the descriptive statistics including percentage, mean, standard deviation, and the inferential statistics including Simple Regression Analysis and Multiple Regression Analysis. The result from the study showed that the individual psychological factors of needs and expectation, the lifestyle factor, the emotional maturity factors of emotional self-awareness, emotional self-management, self-motivation, empathy, and social development affected the quality of work life of Generation Y employees at the operation level with a statistical significance of 0.05.
