การใช้แอปพลิเคชันไลน์ในกระบวนการทางาน : กรณีศึกษา บริษัท สหผลิตภัณฑ์ พาณิชย์ จากัด

Abstract

การวิจัยเรื่องนี้ มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อศึกษา 1) เพื่อศึกษาการใช้แอปพลิเคชันไลน์ในกระบวน การทำงานในองค์กร ของ บริษัท สหผลิตภัณฑ์ พาณิชย์ จำกัด 2) เพื่อศึกษาการใช้แอปพลิเคชันไลน์ ในการสื่อสารกับลูกค้าของ บริษัท สหผลิตภัณฑ์ พาณิชย์ จำกัด 3) เพื่อศึกษาปัญหาในการใช้ แอปพลิเคชันไลน์ และแนวทางการแก้ปัญหาการบริหารงาน และกระบวนการทำงานผ่าน แอปพลิเคชัน ไลน์ ของ บริษัท สหผลิตภัณฑ์ พาณิชย์ จำกัดการวิจัยนี้เป็นการวิจัยเชิงคุณภาพ (Qualitative research) ทำการเก็บรวบรวมข้อมูลด้วยการสัมภาษณ์เชิงลึก (In-depth Interview) กับกลุ่มบุคลากรในองค์กร ที่เกี่ยวข้องในการใช้ แอปพลิเคชันไลน์ในกระบวนการทำงานของ บริษัท สหผลิตภัณฑ์ พาณิชย์ จำกัด จำนวนทั้งหมด 4 คน และลูกค้าของ บริษัท สหผลิตภัณฑ์ พาณิชย์ จำกัด จำนวน 5 คน ที่ใช้แอปพลิเคชันไลน์ในการติดต่อเป็นประจำมากที่สุด ผลการวิจัยพบว่า ด้านการใช้แอปพลิเคชันไลน์ในกระบวนการทำงานในองค์กรช่วยให้การสื่อ สารสะดวกรวดเร็ว และประหยัดค่าใช้จ่าย นอกจากนี้แอปพลิเคชั่นไลน์นั้นยังสามารถสื่อสารด้วยภาพ และเสียง ทำให้เข้าใจเรื่องกระบวนการทำงานมีประสิทธิภาพมากยื่งขึ้น ด้านการสื่อสารของพนักงาน บริษัทกับลูกค้าของบริษัททำให้การสื่อสารรวดเร็วมากยิ่งขึ้น และประหยัดค่าใช้จ่ายในการโทรศัพท์ ปัญหาหลักของทางบริษัทคือ เรื่องของการสื่อสารไม่ชัดเจน และไม่เข้าใจระหว่างบุคคล ปัญหาเกิด จากการสื่อสารด้วยข้อความโดยการพิมพ์ไม่ชัดเจนและถูกต้อง การเข้าใจไม่ตรงกัน การเข้าใจผิด การแก้ปัญหาก็คือ จะต้องแก้ไขด้วยการใช้แอปพลิเคชันไลน์ ในโทรคุยเพื่อความชัดเจน และถูกต้อง ปัญหาหลักของทางลูกค้าคือ การไม่สามารถเปิดไฟล์บางประเภทได้ เช่น ai, dwg เป็นต้น ซึ่งจะต้อง ใช้คอมพิวเตอร์ในการเปิดไฟล์ ซึ่งจะไม่สามารถเปิดได้เมื่ออยู่ข้างนอก และจะต้องกลับมาที่บริษัท เพื่อเปิดไฟล์ผ่านคอมพิวเตอร์

The research had three objectives 1) to examine using application Line in working process of Sahapalittapan Panich Company Limited 2) to investigate application Line in communication with customers of Sahapalittapan Panich Company Limited, and 3) study the problems in using application Line and solutions to the problems of work management and working process via application Line of Sahapalittapan Panich Company Limited . The research was qualitative, using In-depth interviews with nine people; four from Sahapalittapan Panich Company Limited, and five from the company’s customers. The results showed that using application Line in organizational working process enabled fast and convenient communication and cost saving. Besides, application Line could post pictures and voice call which assisted in comprehending working process efficiently. As for the company employees communicating with customers made contact faster and save in making phone calls. Regarding the problem, the main problems of the company were unclear communication among employees themselves and between the company employees and customers. Those problems occurred due to misunderstanding and ambiguous typing of words or sentences. The solution was to using application Line for voice calls for clear and correct communication. Another difficulty of the customers was that they could not open some files via application Line such as ai and dwg. Those files could be opened in computer; that is using application Line would not work for them.
