Abstract: การศึกษาเรื่องการรับรู้ ทัศนคติ และพฤติกรรมการใช้แบรนด์ UnderArmour ในเขตกรุงเทพมหานคร มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อศึกษาพฤติกรรมการใช้สินค้าแบรนด์ Under armour ตลอดจนทัศนคติและการรับรู้ของผู้ใช้สินค้าที่มีต่อภาพลักษณ์แบรนด์ Under Armour กลุ่มตัวอย่างที่ใช้ในการศึกษามาจากประชากรทั่วไปที่ใช้สินค้าแบรนด์ Under Armour ในเขตจังหวัดกรุงเทพมหานคร ใช้วิธีการเก็บข้อมูลจากแบบสอบถาม จำนวนกลุ่มตัวอย่าง 400 คน โดยเครื่องมือที่ใช้ในการเก็บรวมรวมข้อมูล คือ แบบสอบถาม ซึ่งมีสถิติเชิงพรรณนาที่ใช้ในการวิเคราะห์ข้อมูล ได้แก่ ร้อยละ ค่าเฉลี่ย และส่วนเบี่ยงเบนมาตรฐาน สถิติที่ใช้ในการทดสอบสมมติฐาน คือ สัมประสิทธิ์สหสัมพันธ์ของเพียร์สัน (Pearson’s the Product Moment Correlation Coefficient ผลการวิจัยพบว่า ผู้ตอบแบบสอบถามส่วนใหญ่เป็นเพศชาย มีอายุระหว่าง 31 – 35 ปี มีอาชีพเป็นพนักงานเอกชน โดยมีรายได้ต่อเดือนระหว่าง 15,001 – 30,000 บาท ผลวิจัยพฤติกรรมการใช้สินค้าส่วนใหญ่ คือ บุคคลที่มีอิทธิพลต่อการตัดสินใจซื้อ ได้แก่การตัดสินใจด้วยตนเอง มีการรับข้อมูลข่าวสารสินค้า ผ่านช่องทางอินเทอร์เน็ตมากที่สุด โดยมีความถี่ในการซื้อสินค้า 7 – 9 เดือนต่อชิ้น ซึ่งมีค่าใช้จ่ายสินค้าระหว่าง 1,501 – 2,000 บาท ผู้บริโภคนิยมสินค้าประเภทรองเท้าวิ่งและร้องเท้าสำหรับออกกำลังกาย และเหตุผลที่สนใจหรือตัดสินใจซื้อสินค้า คือ การออกแบบ รองลงมาเป็นความทนทาน จากการสื่อสารของแบรนด์นั้นประชากรส่วนใหญ่มีการรับรู้และทัศนคติต่อภาพลักษณ์ของแบรนด์ Under Armour ในระดับเป็นบวกมากที่สุด ซึ่งในด้านการรับรู้ผู้ตอบแบบสอบถามเห็นด้วยมากที่สุดด้านการวางตำแหน่งของแบรนด์ และด้านทัศนคติที่เห็นด้วยมากที่สุด คือ ด้านคุณลักษณะเมื่อนึกถึงแบรนด์ Under Armour ของกลุ่มผู้ใช้
Perception, Attitudes and Behavior on the Image in Users of “Under Armor” Brand in Bangkok Metropolitan Area aims to study the using behavior of the Under Armor brand as well as the attitudes and perceptions of the users on the image of “Under Armor” brand. The samples used in the study were the general population using Under Armor brand in Bangkok. Data were collected by using the questionnaire. The sample size was 400 persons. The instrument used to collect data was a questionnaire. Descriptive statistics used for data analysis included percentage, mean and standard deviation. The statistic used to test the hypothesis is Pearson's Product Moment Correlation Coefficient. The research found that most of the respondents were male, age between 31 - 35 years old, working as employee of a private company with monthly income of 15,001 – 30,000 Baht. The results of the research on the use behaviour of products revealed that a person who has effect on their buying decision was themselves. They received information through internet with the buying frequency of one product in 7-9 months. The spending was 1,501 – 2,000 Baht per purchase. They were interesting in the products or made the buying decision because of the design, followed by durability. Regarding brand communication, most of the population perceived and had the attitude toward “Under Amour” Brand in a positive manner in the highest level. Regarding the perception, the respondents mostly agreed with the positioning of the brand. In terms of attitude, they mostly agreed with the characteristic of the brand when users were thinking of “Under Amour”.
