Abstract: การศึกษาฉบับนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อศึกษาการรับรู้ตราสินค้าและผู้มีอิทธิพลต่อตราสินค้าบนสื่อสังคมออนไลน์ส่งผลต่อการตัดสินใจซื้อเครื่องสำอางเกาหลีของผู้บริโภคในเขตกรุงเทพมหานคร ตัวอย่างที่ใช้ในการศึกษาคือผู้บริโภคในเขตกรุงเทพมหานคร จำนวน 400 คน โดยใช้วิธีการเลือกกลุ่มตัวอย่างแบบสะดวก โดยใช้แบบสอบถามปลายปิดในการเก็บรวมรวมข้อมูล สถิติที่ใช้ในการวิเคราะห์ข้อมูล คือ สถิติเชิงพรรณนา ได้แก่ ค่าร้อยละ ค่าเฉลี่ย ส่วนเบี่ยงเบนมาตรฐาน และสถิติเชิงอนุมานที่ใช้ทดสอบสมมติฐาน ได้แก่ การวิเคราะห์ความถดถอยเชิงพหุ (Multiple Regression Analysis) ผลการศึกษาพบว่า ผู้ตอบแบบสอบถามส่วนใหญ่เป็นเพศหญิง อายุระหว่าง 20 – 30 ปี มีการศึกษาระดับปริญญาตรี อาชีพพนักงานบริษัทเอกชน และส่วนใหญ่มีรายได้เฉลี่ยอยู่ที่ 15,001-30,000 บาท ส่วนใหญ่ผู้ตอบแบบสอบถามเลือกตัวเองเป็นบุคคลที่มีอิทธิพลในการตัดสินใจซื้อเครื่องสำอางเกาหลีมากที่สุด ซื้อเครื่องสำอาง 1 ครั้ง/เดือน มีงบประมาณในการซื้อ 501 – 1,000 บาท/ครั้ง แบรนด์ที่ซื้อบ่อยที่สุดคือ ETUDE โดยซื้อผ่านช่องทาง Specialty Store และชำระเงินด้วยเงินสด ผลการทดสอบสมมติฐานพบว่า การรับรู้ตราสินค้าและผู้มีอิทธิพลต่อตราสินค้าบนสื่อสังคมออนไลน์ส่งผลต่อการตัดสินใจซื้อเครื่องสำอางเกาหลีของผู้บริโภคในเขตกรุงเทพมหานคร 0.05
The purpose of this study was to investigate brand awareness and brand influence on social media, affecting consumers' decision to buy Korean cosmetics in Bangkok. The samples used in the study were 400 consumers in Bangkok, using convenience sampling method. The closed-ended questionnaire was used to collect data. The statistics used in the data analysis were descriptive statistics: percentage, mean, standard deviation and the inferential statistics used to test the hypothesis are multiple regression analysis. The study indicated that most respondents were females, aged between from 20 to 30 years old. Most of the respondents work for private companies, with the average income of 15,001 - 30,000 baht. The most influential person in buying Korean cosmetics is oneself. The frequency of purchasing of most respondents is once a month, with the spending between 501 - 1,000 baht/time, ETUDE is the most preferable brand by most respondents. They often make purchase of cosmetic at specialty stores such as Watsons and Boots with cash payment. The results of the hypothesis testing revealed that brand perception and brand influence on social media affect consumer’s decision to buy Korean cosmetics in Bangkok at the significant level of 0.05
