การศึกษาปัจจัยคุณสมบัติส่วนบุคคล ปัจจัยสภาพแวดล้อมด้านเทคโนโลยี และปัจจัยด้านการใช้เทคโนโลยีที่มีผลต่อการยอมรับการใช้ระบบการจัดการเอกสารสารสนเทศด้วย SharePoint Online : กรณีศึกษาพนักงานบริษัทแห่งหนึ่งใน อำเภอปากช่อง จังหวัดนครราชสีมา

Abstract

วัตถุประสงค์ของการศึกษาดังนี้ 1) เพื่อศึกษาความแตกต่างของปัจจัยคุณสมบัติส่วนบุคคล ที่มีผลต่อการยอมรับการใช้ระบบการจัดการเอกสารสารสนเทศด้วย SharePoint Online ของพนักงานบริษัทแห่งหนึ่ง 2) เพื่อศึกษาอิทธิพลของปัจจัยสภาพแวดล้อมด้านเทคโนโลยีที่มีผลต่อการยอมรับการใช้ระบบการจัดการเอกสารสารสนเทศด้วย SharePoint Online ของพนักงานบริษัทแห่งหนึ่ง 3) เพื่อศึกษาอิทธิพลของปัจจัยด้านการใช้เทคโนโลยีที่มีผลต่อการยอมรับการใช้ระบบการจัดการเอกสารสารสนเทศด้วย SharePoint Online ของพนักงานบริษัทแห่งหนึ่ง โดยใช้ แบบสอบถามเป็นเครื่องมือในการวิจัยเพื่อนำไปเก็บข้อมูลกับกลุ่มตัวอย่างที่เป็นพนักงานบริษัทแห่งหนึ่งในอำเภอปากช่อง จังหวัดนครราชสีมา จำนวน 400 คน สถิติเชิงพรรณนา ซึ่งได้แก่ ค่าร้อยละ ค่าเฉลี่ย และค่าส่วนเบี่ยงเบนมารตฐาน และสถิติเชิงอนุมาน ซึ่งได้แก่ สถิติทดสอบหาความแตกต่างค่าที สถิติทดสอบหาความแตกต่างค่าเอฟ หรือการทดสอบความแปรปวนทางเดียว ทดสอบด้วยการเปรียบเทียบเป็นรายคู่ ด้วยวิธีของเชฟเฟ่ และสถิติทดสอบหาความสัมพันธ์แบบถดถอยอย่างง่าย ผลการศึกษา พบว่าความแตกต่างของปัจจัยด้าน คุณสมบัติส่วนบุคคล ที่แตกต่างกันมีผลต่อการยอมรับการใช้ระบบการจัดการเอกสารสารสนเทศด้วย SharePoint Online ที่แตกต่างกัน อิทธิพลของปัจจัยสภาพแวดล้อมด้านเทคโนโลยีที่มีผลต่อการยอมรับการใช้ระบบการจัดการเอกสารสารสนเทศด้วย SharePoint Online และอิทธิพลของปัจจัยด้านการใช้เทคโนโลยีที่มีผลต่อการยอมรับการใช้ระบบการจัดการเอกสารสารสนเทศด้วย SharePoint Online ของพนักงานบริษัทแห่งหนึ่งในอำเภอปากช่อง จังหวัดนครราชสีมา อย่างมีนัยสำคัญทางสถิติที่ระดับ 0.05

The objectives of this study are 1) to study the difference of personal factor acceptance of information technological data processing document by SharePoint Online of employees in a private company 2) to study influencing about internal environment for technology acceptance of information technological data processing document by SharePoint Online of employees in a private company; and 3) to study influencing about technology acceptance of information technological data processing document by SharePoint Online of employees in a private company. The sample group was 400 employees in a private company. The questionnaires were use as the data collection instrument. The statistics used for analysis were 2 types: the descriptive statistics which are percentage, mean, and standard deviation, and the inferential statistics which are t-test, F-Test or one-way ANOVA analysis with Multiple Comparisons using Scheffe algorithm and simple regression analysis. The result found the difference of personal influenced technology acceptance of information technological data processing document by SharePoint Online of employees. The internal environment and usage technology influenced technology acceptance of information technological data processing document by SharePoint Online of employees in a private company in Pakchong, Nakhonratchasima Province at the statistical significant level of 0.05.
