Abstract: | The research scope is primarily focused on foreign medical tourists, who travel outside of their home country to receive medical treatments in Thailand hospitals. The 400 questionnaires were distributed to international patients who came for medical treatment in General Bangkok Hospital, BNH Hospital, Bumrungrad International Hospital separately, each hospital got 133 questionnaires within the duration of ten days. The sample population selected in this research was those which are readily available and convenient. The researcher focused on determining the factors of medical costs, service quality, recognizing for medical treatment, hospital image, medical technology, word of mouth, hospital brand credibility, hospital brand preference, treatment quality and variety, doctors quality, hospital ambiences environment which then effects on hospital choice for medical tourist in Thailand focusing on general Bangkok hospital, BNH hospital, Bumrungrad international hospital for medical treatment purposes. |
