ปัจจัยการลงทุนและส่วนประสมทางการตลาดที่ส่งผลต่อการตัดสินใจลงทุนในกองทุนรวมหุ้นระยะยาวของนักลงทุนทั่วไปในเขตพื้นที่กรุงเทพมหานคร

Abstract

การศึกษาครั้งนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อศึกษาปัจจัยที่ส่งผลต่อการตัดสินใจลงทุนในกองทุนรวมหุ้นระยะยาวของนักลงทุนทั่วไปในเขตพื้นที่กรุงเทพมหานคร จำนวน 160 คน โดยใช้วิธีการสุ่มตัวอย่างแบบเจาะจง (Purposive Sampling) สถิติที่ใช้ในการวิเคราะห์ข้อมูล ได้แก่ ค่าเฉลี่ย ค่าร้อยละ ส่วนเบี่ยงเบนมาตรฐาน และการวิเคราะห์การถดถอยเชิงพหุ ผลการศึกษา พบว่า ผู้ตอบแบบสอบถามส่วนใหญ่เป็นเพศหญิง อายุระหว่าง 41-50 ปี ระดับการศึกษาปริญญาตรี อาชีพพนักงานบริษัทเอกชน รายได้เฉลี่ยต่อเดือน 40,001-60,000 บาทประสบการณ์ลงทุนในกองทุนรวมน้อยกว่า 1 ปี ฐานภาษีเงินได้บุคคลธรรมดาสูงสุดที่เสียอยู่ที่ 20 %และในด้านการวิเคราะห์แต่ละปัจจัยพบว่าปัจจัยด้านภาษีและความเสี่ยงจากการลงทุน ด้านพฤติกรรมการลงทุน และด้านบุคคลต่างส่งผลถึงการตัดสินใจลงในกองทุนรวมหุ้นระยะยาวของนักลงทุนทั่วไปในเขตกรุงเทพมหานครอย่างมีนัยสำคัญทางสถิติที่ระดับ 0.05 ในขณะที่ด้านผลตอบแทน ด้านผลิตภัณฑ์ ด้านข้อมูลและช่องทางในการจัดจำหน่าย และด้านกระบวนการให้บริการไม่ส่งผลต่อการตัดสินใจลงในกองทุนรวมหุ้นระยะยาวของนักลงทุนทั่วไปในเขตกรุงเทพมหานครอย่างมีนัยสำคัญทางสถิติที่ระดับ 0.05

This research aimed at studying factors affecting to decision on Long-Term Equity Fund (LTF) investment of generalinvestors in Bangkok. Samples were 160 investors derived from purposive sampling technique. Employed statistics included mean, percentage, standard deviation, and multiple regressionanalysis. The results show that most participants were female, aged between 41 and 50 years old, completed an undergraduate study, worked as a private company employee, had a monthly income of between 40,001 and 60,000 baht, had mutual fund investment experience of less than 1 year, and paid at the maximum individual tax baseof 20%. For analysis of each factor,tax and risks of investment, investment behavior, and personal factors affected to the decision on LTF investment of Bangkokinvestors at the statistically significant level of 0.05, while the return on investment,investment product,information and distribution channels, and workflow process did not affect to the decision of LTF investment of Bangkokinvestors at the statistically significant level of 0.05.
