Abstract: การศึกษาในครั้งนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อศึกษาการยอมรับเทคโนโลยีโทรศัพท์มือถือ การตลาด ผ่านสื่อสังคมออนไลน์ และพฤติกรรมผู้บริโภคออนไลน์ที่ส่งผลต่อความตั้งใจซื้อสินค้าออนไลน์ผ่าน แอปพลิเคชันของผู้บริโภคในกรุงเทพมหานคร โดยใช้แบบสอบถามปลายปิดที่ผ่านการทดสอบ ความเชื่อมั่นและความตรงเชิงเนื้อหาในการเก็บรวบรวมข้อมูลจากผู้บริโภคในกรุงเทพมหานครที่มี การใช้งานโทรศัพท์สมาร์ทโฟนหรือแท็บเล็ต และมีความสนใจที่จะซื้อสินค้าออนไลน์ผ่าน แอปพลิเคชัน จำนวน 260 คน สถิติเชิงอนุมานที่ใช้ในการทดสอบสมมติฐานคือ การวิเคราะห์ การถดถอยเชิงพหุ ผลการศึกษาพบว่า ผู้ตอบแบบสอบถามส่วนใหญ่เป็นเพศหญิง มีอายุระหว่าง 20–29 ปี มีการศึกษาระดับปริญญาตรี มีอาชีพเป็นพนักงานบริษัทเอกชน รายได้เฉลี่ยต่อเดือน 10,001– 20,000 บาท ผู้บริโภคส่วนใหญ่ใช้เวลาดูสินค้าออนไลน์โดยเฉลี่ยสัปดาห์ละ 1–3 ชั่วโมง และ แอปพลิเคชันซื้อสินค้าออนไลน์ที่ผู้บริโภคส่วนใหญ่รู้จักมากที่สุด คือ Lazada ส่วนผลการทดสอบ สมมติฐาน พบว่า การยอมรับเทคโนโลยีโทรศัพท์มือถือด้านการรับรู้ประโยชน์จากการใช้งาน ด้านการรับรู้ความง่ายในการใช้งาน ด้านการรับรู้ทรัพยากรทางการเงิน การตลาดผ่านสื่อสังคม ออนไลน์ด้านโฆษณาออนไลน์ และพฤติกรรมผู้บริโภคออนไลน์ด้านประสิทธิภาพของสารสนเทศส่งผล ต่อความตั้งใจซื้อสินค้าออนไลน์ผ่านแอปพลิเคชันของผู้บริโภคในกรุงเทพมหานคร อย่างมีนัยสำคัญ ทางสถิติที่ระดับ .05 โดยร่วมกันพยากรณ์ความตั้งใจซื้อสินค้าออนไลน์ผ่านแอปพลิเคชันของผู้บริโภค ในกรุงเทพมหานคร คิดเป็นร้อยละ 59.9 ในขณะที่การยอมรับเทคโนโลยีโทรศัพท์มือถือด้านการรับรู้ ความเข้ากันได้ ด้านการรับรู้ความเสี่ยงด้านความปลอดภัย และด้านการรับรู้ความไว้วางใจ การตลาด ผ่านสื่อสังคมออนไลน์ด้านการสื่อสารแบบปากต่อปากผ่านสื่ออิเล็กทรอนิกส์ ด้านชุมชนออนไลน์ และพฤติกรรมผู้บริโภคออนไลน์ด้านอารมณ์ออนไลน์ ด้านความต่อเนื่อง และด้านความบันเทิง ออนไลน์ ไม่ส่งผลต่อความตั้งใจซื้อสินค้าออนไลน์ผ่านแอปพลิเคชันของผู้บริโภคในกรุงเทพมหานคร
The research was aimed primarily to explore the mobile technology acceptance, social media marketing, and online consumer behavior affecting online products’ purchase intention through application of customers in Bangkok. Closed–ended survey questionnaires were reviewed the validity of content, tested for reliability, and implemented to collect data from 260 customers in Bangkok who used smartphones or tablets and interested to purchase online products via application. The inferential statistics for hypothesis testing was regression. The results revealed that the majority of participants were female with 20–29 years of age. They completed bachelors’ degrees. Most of them worked in private companies and earned average monthly incomes between 10,001–20,000 baht. They spent average 1–3 hours weekly in viewing online products. The mobile application that most of them were familiar with was Lazada. The results of hypothesis testing showed that the factors affecting purchase intention through online shopping via application of customers in Bangkok at .05 statistically significant level were mobile technology acceptance in terms of the perceived usefulness, perceived ease of use, and perceived financial resources, social media marketing in terms of online advertisement, and consumer behavior in terms of effectiveness of information content. These factors explained the effects on the online products’ purchase intention through application of customers in Bangkok accounting for 59.9 percent. However, mobile technology acceptance in terms of perceived compatibility, perceived security risk, and perceived trust, social media marketing in terms of electronic word-of-mouth, online community, and consumer behavior in terms of online emotions, flow and online entertainment did not affect purchase the online products’ purchase intention through application of customers in Bangkok.
