Abstract

การศึกษาวิจัยครั้งนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อศึกษาความสามารถในการสื่อสารองค์กร รูปแบบการดำเนินชีวิต และแรงจูงใจในการทำงาน ที่ส่งผลต่อประสิทธิผลในการทำงานเป็นทีม ของพนักงานที่มีวัยต่างกันในองค์กร กรณีศึกษา ธนาคารกรุงไทย จำกัด (มหาชน) สำนักงานใหญ่ โดยใช้แบบสอบถามเป็นเครื่องมือในการเก็บข้อมูลจากพนักงานในองค์กรที่มีวัยต่างกัน ซึ่งได้แก่ GEN B กับ GEN X และ GEN Y จำนวน 320 คน และวิธีการทางสถิติ ได้แก่ ค่าร้อยละ ค่าเฉลี่ยเบี่ยงเบนมาตรฐานและการวิเคราะห์สมมติฐานใช้สถิติทดสอบหาความสัมพันธ์แบบถดถอยอย่างง่าย )Simple Regression Analysis) และสถิติวิเคราะห์ถดถอยเชิงพหุ (Multiple Regression Analysis) ผลการศึกษา การติดต่อสื่อสารองค์กรของพนักงานที่มีวัยต่างกันในองค์กรมีอิทธิพลส่งผลต่อประสิทธิผลในการทำงานเป็นทีมของพนักงานที่มีวัยต่างกันในองค์กร รูปแบบการดำเนินชีวิต ประกอบด้วย ด้านความสนใจในการทำงาน ด้านความคิดเห็นในการทำงาน และด้านกิจกรรมมีอิทธิพลส่งผลต่อประสิทธิผลในการทำงานเป็นทีมของพนักงานที่มีวัยต่างกันในองค์กร และแรงจูงใจในการทำงาน ประกอบด้วย ด้านนโยบายการบริหาร ด้านความก้าวหน้าในตำแหน่งหน้าที่อิทธิพลส่งผลต่อประสิทธิผลในการทำงานเป็นทีมของพนักงานที่มีวัยต่างกันในองค์กร แต่ด้านค่าจ้างเงินเดือนและด้านสภาพแวดล้อมการทำงานไม่มีอิทธิพลต่อประสิทธิผลในการทำงานเป็นทีมของพนักงานที่มีวัยต่างกันในองค์กร กรณีศึกษา ธนาคารกรุงไทย จำกัด (มหาชน) สำนักงานใหญ่ อย่างมีนัยสำคัญทางสถิติที่ระดับ 0.05

This research aims to study the organizational communicative ability, life style and work motivation factors affecting teamwork effectiveness of employee age difference in the organization : case study of the headquarter of Krungthai Bank Company Limited. The questionnaire set was used to be an instrument in order to collect data from employee age difference in the organization, who are Generation B, Generation X and Generation Y with 320 employees. The statistics, which was used to report the data, was the descriptive statistics: frequencies, percentages, means and standard deviations, The simple regression analysis and multiple regression analyses were used in order to analyze the data. It was found that the organizational communicative ability affected to teamwork effectiveness of employee age difference in the organization, life style: work interested concern, work opinion concern and activities concern affected teamwork effectiveness of employee age difference in the organization and work motivation factors: administration policy, work achievement affected teamwork effectiveness of employee age difference in the organization. However salary and work environment factors were not affected teamwork effectiveness of employee age difference in the organization: case study of the headquarter of Krungthai Bank Company Limited with the statistical significance of 0.05
