การศึกษาปัจจัยคุณสมบัติส่วนบุคคล ปัจจัยกระบวนการความรู้ความเข้าใจ และปัจจัยกระบวนการทำงาน ที่มีผลต่อความพร้อมของนักบัญชีไทยเพื่อการรองรับเศรษฐกิจดิจิทัล (Digital Economy): กรณีศึกษานักบัญชีไทยในองค์กรธุรกิจ เขตกรุงเทพมหานคร

Abstract

วัตถุประสงค์ของการศึกษาดังนี้ (1) เพื่อศึกษาความแตกต่างของปัจจัยคุณสมบัติส่วนบุคคลด้านเพศ อายุ การศึกษา ประสบการณ์ทำงาน ที่มีต่อระดับความพร้อมเพื่อรองรับเศรษฐกิจดิจิทัล (Digital Economy) ของนักบัญชีไทยในองค์กรธุรกิจ เขตกรุงเทพมหานคร (2) เพื่อศึกษาอิทธิพลของปัจจัยด้านกระบวนการความรู้ความเข้าใจ ที่มีต่อระดับความพร้อมเพื่อรองรับเศรษฐกิจดิจิทัล (Digital Economy) ของนักบัญชีไทยในองค์กรธุรกิจ เขตกรุงเทพมหานคร และ (3) เพื่อศึกษาอิทธิพลของปัจจัยด้านกระบวนการทำงานขององค์กร ที่มีต่อระดับความพร้อมเพื่อรองรับเศรษฐกิจดิจิทัล (Digital Economy) ของนักบัญชีไทยในองค์กรธุรกิจ เขตกรุงเทพมหานคร โดยใช้แบบสอบถามเป็นเครื่องมือในการวิจัยเพื่อนำไปเก็บข้อมูลกับกลุ่มตัวอย่างที่เป็นนักบัญชีไทยในองค์กรธุรกิจ เขตกรุงเทพมหานคร จำนวน 400 คน ผลการศึกษา พบว่าความแตกต่างของปัจจัยด้านคุณสมบัติส่วนบุคคล ด้านเพศ อายุ การศึกษา ประสบการณ์ทำงาน ที่แตกต่างกันมีผลต่อระดับความพร้อมเพื่อรองรับเศรษฐกิจดิจิทัล (Digital Economy) ของนักบัญชีไทยในองค์กรธุรกิจ เขตกรุงเทพมหานครที่แตกต่างกัน อิทธิพลของปัจจัยด้านกระบวนการความรู้ความเข้าใจ มีผลต่อระดับความพร้อมเพื่อรองรับเศรษฐกิจดิจิทัล (Digital Economy) ของนักบัญชีไทยในองค์กรธุรกิจ เขตกรุงเทพมหานคร และอิทธิพลของปัจจัยด้านกระบวนการทำงานขององค์กร ที่แตกต่างกันมีผลต่อระดับความพร้อมเพื่อรองรับเศรษฐกิจดิจิทัล (Digital Economy) ของนักบัญชีไทยในองค์กรธุรกิจ เขตกรุงเทพมหานคร อย่างมีนัยสำคัญทางสถิติที่ระดับ 0.05

The objectives of study were to : (1) study personal characteristics factor : genders, age, study and work experience affected the readiness for entering the digital economy : case study of Thai accountants in business organizations, Bangkok Metropolitan Area (2) study perception process factor affected the readiness for entering the digital economy : case study of Thai accountants in business organizations, Bangkok Metropolitan Area; and (3) study work process factor affected the readiness for entering the digital economy : case study of Thai accountants in business organizations, Bangkok Metropolitan Area. The questionnaire set was used to be an instrument in order to collect the data from 400 accountants in business organizations in Bangkok. It was found that the differences of personal characteristic factor including genders, age, study and work experience affected the readiness for entering the digital economy: case study of Thai accountants in business organizations, Bangkok Metropolitan Area. The perception process factor affected readiness for entering the digital economy: case study of Thai accountants in business organizations, Bangkok Metropolitan Area. The work process factor affected readiness for entering the digital economy: case study of Thai accountants in business organizations, Bangkok Metropolitan Area.
