ปัจจัยที่มีผลกระทบต่อราคาข้าวเปลือกหอมมะลิในประเทศไทย

Abstract

การศึกษาฉบับนี้เป็นการศึกษาปัจจัยที่มีผลกระทบต่อราคาข้าวเปลือกหอมมะลิในประเทศไทย มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อทดสอบความสัมพันธ์ระหว่างราคาข้าวเปลือกหอมมะลิกับผลิตภัณฑ์มวลรวมในประเทศ, ปริมาณการส่งออกข้าว, อัตราแลกเปลี่ยนเงินดองต่อดอลล่าห์สหรัฐ, อัตราแลกเปลี่ยนเงินบาทต่อดอลล่าห์สหรัฐ, ดัชนีราคาผู้บริโภค, อัตราดอกเบี้ยธนาคารแห่งประเทศไทย, อัตราดอกเบี้ยในตลาดเงิน, ปริมาณเงินในระบบเศรษฐกิจ และปริมาณผลผลิตข้าว ข้อมูลที่นำมาศึกษาในครั้งนี้เป็นข้อมูลรายไตรมาส ตั้งแต่ไตรมาสที่ 1 ปี พ.ศ.2549 ถึง ไตรมาสที่ 2 ของปี พ.ศ. 2559 และได้ทำการวิเคราะห์การถดถอยพหุคูณ เพื่อศึกษาความสัมพันธ์ระหว่างตัวแปรตามและตัวแปรอิสระที่ระดับนัยสำคัญ 0.05 ผลการศึกษาพบว่า ตัวแปรอิสระ อันได้แก่ ดัชนีราคาผู้บริโภค, ปริมาณการส่งออกข้าว และปริมาณผลผลิตข้าว มีความสัมพันธ์ไปในทิศทางเดียวกันกับราคาข้าวเปลือกหอมมะลิในประเทศไทย และตัวแปรอิสระ อันได้แก่ ผลิตภัณฑ์มวลรวมในประเทศ, อัตราแลกเปลี่ยนเงินดองต่อดอลล่าห์สหรัฐ, อัตราแลกเปลี่ยนเงินบาทต่อดอลล่าห์สหรัฐ, อัตราดอกเบี้ยธนาคารแห่งประเทศไทย, อัตราดอกเบี้ยในตลาดเงิน และปริมาณเงินในระบบเศรษฐกิจ มีความสัมพันธ์กับราคาข้าวเปลือกหอมมะลิเป็นไปในทิศทางตรงกันข้าม

This study explores the factors that affect the price of paddy rice in Thailand. The objective is to test the relationship between the price of paddy rice to the Gross Domestic Product (GDP), the volume of rice exports, exchange rate dong per dollar, the US currency baht per dollar, Consumer Price Index (CPI), bank interest rates, money market rates, the money supply in the economy and yield of rice. The data used in this study is a quarterly data. Since the 1st quarter of 2549 to the second quarter of the year 2559 and has conducted multiple regression analysis. To study the relationship between the dependent variable and independent variables significant at 0.05. The study found that variables such as the consumer price index, the export volume of rice and yield of rice correlated in the same direction with prices of jasmine rice in Thailand and independent variables such as gross domestic product (GDP), exchange rate dong per US dollar, the exchange rate of the baht against the US dollar, interest rates, money market rates and the amount of money in the economy correlated with the price of paddy rice is in the opposite direction.
