ความสัมพันธ์ระหว่างปัจจัยทางการบริหารและอัตราส่วนทางการเงินที่มีต่อราคาหลักทรัพย์ ของบริษัท ปตท. จำกัด (มหาชน)

Abstract

การค้นคว้าอิสระครั้งนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อศึกษาความสัมพันธ์ระหว่างปัจจัยทางการบริหารและอัตราส่วนทางการเงินที่มีต่อราคาหลักทรัพย์ ของบริษัท ปตท. จำกัด (มหาชน) โดยปัจจัยทางการบริหารที่ศึกษาในครั้งนี้ ได้แก่ ราคาหุ้น ค่าใช้จ่ายในการขายและการบริหาร ค่าตอบแทนกรรมการและผู้บริหาร อัตราส่วนทางการเงิน จำนวนทั้งสิ้น 5 อัตราส่วน ได้แก่ อัตราส่วนทุนหมุนเวียน อัตราส่วนหมุนเวียนของสินทรัพย์รวม อัตราส่วนหนี้สินต่อส่วนของผู้ถือหุ้น อัตราส่วนผลตอบแทนจากสินทรัพย์ และอัตราส่วนราคาต่อกำไร โดยทำการวิเคราะห์ข้อมูลสถิติเชิงพรรณนา และการวิเคราะห์สถิติสมการถดถอยเชิงพหุคูณ โดยใช้ข้อมูลจากงบการเงินรายไตรมาสของ บริษัท ปตท. จำกัด (มหาชน) และข้อมูลราคาหลักทรัพย์ ตั้งแต่ ไตรมาสที่ 1 ปี 2549 - ไตรมาสที่ 2 ปี 2559 ผลการศึกษาพบว่า ตัวแปรที่มีความสัมพันธ์กับราคาหลักทรัพย์ คือ ค่าตอบแทนกรรมการและผู้บริหาร และอัตราส่วนทางการเงินที่มีความสัมพันธ์กับราคาหลักทรัพย์ คือ อัตราส่วนทุนหมุนเวียน อัตราส่วนราคาต่อกำไร ส่วนตัวแปรที่ไม่มีความสัมพันธ์กับราคาหลักทรัพย์ คือ ค่าใช้จ่ายในการขายและการบริหาร และอัตราส่วนทางการเงินที่ไม่มีความสัมพันธ์กับราคาหลักทรัพย์ คือ อัตราส่วนหมุนเวียนของสินทรัพย์รวม อัตราส่วนหนี้สินต่อส่วนของผู้ถือหุ้น อัตราส่วนผลตอบแทนจากสินทรัพย์

The relationship between management factors and the financial ratios to the stock prices of PTT Public Company Limited, The administrative factors discussed in this study are stock price, selling and administrative expenses. Directors and Management Remuneration Financial ratio Total 5 ratio: Current Ratio, Total Asset Turnover, Debt to Equity ratio, Return on Assets and Price/Earnings Ratio. The data were analyzed by Descriptive Statistics and Multiple Regression Analysis using data from the quarterly financial statements of PTT Public Company Limited and stock prices since the first quarter 1 2006 - quarter 2 2016. The study indicated that the variables that correlate with the stock price is remuneration for directors and executives. And the financial ratios correlate with stock prices are Current Ratio, Price/Earnings Ratio. The variables that are not correlated with stock price is selling and administrative expenses. And the financial ratio is not correlated with the stock price are Total Asset Turnover, Debt to Equity ratio, Return on Assets.
