การศึกษาปัจจัยส่วนบุคคล พฤติกรรมการลงทุน และแรงจูงใจในการลงทุน ที่มีผลต่อการตัดสินใจลงทุนในตลาดหลักทรัพย์แห่งประเทศไทย

Abstract

การศึกษาครั้งนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์ เพื่อศึกษา 1) เพื่อศึกษาความแตกต่างของข้อมูลปัจจัยส่วนบุคคล ที่มีอิทธิพลต่อการตัดสินใจลงทุนในตลาดหลักทรัพย์แห่งประเทศไทย 2) เพื่อศึกษาพฤติกรรมการลงทุน ที่มีอิทธิพลต่อการตัดสินใจลงทุนในตลาดหลักทรัพย์แห่งประเทศไทย 3) เพื่อศึกษาแรงจูงใจ ที่มีอิทธิพลต่อการตัดสินใจลงทุนในตลาดหลักทรัพย์แห่งประเทศไทย ผู้วิจัยได้ทำการรวบรวมเก็บข้อมูล โดยใช้แบบสอบถาม กลุ่มตัวอย่างที่ใช้ในการรวบรวมทำวิจัยครั้งนี้ คือ นักลงทุนไทยในเขตกรุงเทพมหานคร ผู้วิจัยได้กำหนดขนาดของกลุ่มตัวอย่าง จำนวน 400 คน สถิติที่ใช้ในการวิเคราะห์ข้อมูลได้แก่ ค่าความถี่ ค่าร้อยละ ค่าคะแนนเฉลี่ย ค่าส่วนเบี่ยงเบนมาตรฐาน และสถิติทดสอบหาความแตกต่างค่าเอฟ (F-test) หรือการทดสอบความแปรปรวนทางเดียว (One-way Analysis of Variance: One-way ANOVA) เมื่อพบความแตกต่างจะทำการทดสอบด้วยการเปรียบเทียบเป็นรายคู่ (Multiple Comparisons) ด้วยวิธีของ เชฟเฟ่ (Scheffe) และการวิเคราะห์ทางสถิติ โดยใช้การวิเคราะห์ความถดถอยเชิงเส้นแบบพหุคูณ (Multiple Linear Regression Analysis) และการวิเคราะห์ถดถอยอย่างง่าย (Simple Regression Analysis) ผลการศึกษาพบว่า ผู้ตอบแบบสอบถามส่วนใหญ่เป็นเพศชาย อายุระหว่าง 40-59 ปี สถานภาพสมรส การศึกษาระดับปริญญาตรี มีรายได้ 50,001 บาท ขึ้นไป ประกอบอาชีพธุรกิจส่วนตัว และมีประสบการณ์การการลงทุน 4-5 ปี ด้านพฤติกรรมการลงทุนมีอิทธิพลต่อการตัดสินใจลงทุนในตลาดหลักทรัพย์แห่งประเทศไทย และแรงจูงใจในการทำงานมีอิทธิพลต่อการตัดสินใจลงทุนในตลาดหลักทรัพย์แห่งประเทศไทย อย่างมีนัยสำคัญทางสถิติที่ระดับ 0.05

The objective of this study were to: 1) study the differences of personal characteristics factor affecting decision making in the Stock Exchange of Thailand, 2) study the investment behaviors factor affecting decision making in the stock Exchange of Thailand, and 3) study the investment motivation factor affecting decision making in the Stock Exchange of Thailand. The researcher gathered the data by using the questionnaire and the sample used was Thai investors in Bangkok metropolitan areas. The researcher used 400 samples as well as used the statistics to analyze the data, which consisted of frequency, percentage, mean and standard deviation. The inferential statistics used was F- test or one way ANONA to prove the differences among variables and multiple comparisons with Scheffe technique was indentify those differences as well as the multiple linear regression analysis and simple regression analysis were used for this study. The results found that the majority of the sample was male, age between 40-59 years, married status, bachelor degree, income over Baht 50,001, business owner, 4-5 years experience in investment. Moreover, the investment behavior factor was found affected decision making in the Stock Exchange of Thailand as well as the investment motivation factor was found affected decision making in the Stock Exchange of Thailand with the significance level of 0.05.
