Abstract: | งานวิจัยจัดทำขึ้นโดยมีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อศึกษาอิทธิพลเชิงบวกของปัจจัยความคาดหวังในผลการปฏิบัติ (Performance Expectancy) ปัจจัยความคาดหวังด้านความพยายาม (Effort Expectancy) ปัจจัยการรับรู้ด้านความน่าเชื่อถือ (Perceived Credibility) ปัจจัยสภาพเครื่องอำนวยความสะดวก (Facilitating Conditions) ปัจจัยการรับรู้ (Awareness) ปัจจัยการต่อต้านความเปลี่ยนแปลง (Resistance to Change) ปัจจัยจำนวนการรับรู้ของผู้ใช้ (Perceived Number of Users) ปัจจัยการรับรู้การใช้งานด้วยกันได้ (Perceived Compatibility) ที่มีอิทธิพลเชิงบวกต่อความตั้งใจใช้บริการธนาคารผ่านโทรศัพท์เคลื่อนที่ (Intention to Use Mobile Banking) จากแบบสอบถาม จำนวน 300 ชุด เป็นกลุ่มคนที่เป็นวัยรุ่น วัยทำงาน และวัยเกษียณในกรุงเทพมหานคร โดยเก็บรวบรวมข้อมูลเดือนธันวาคม 2558 ถึงเดือนมกราคม 2559 และวิเคราะห์ข้อมูลโดยใช้ค่าสัมประสิทธิ์สหสัมพันธ์แบบเพียร์สันและวิเคราะห์ความถดถอยเชิงพหุคูณ พบว่า ปัจจัยการรับรู้การใช้งานด้วยกันได้ (β = 0.433) ปัจจัยการต่อต้านความเปลี่ยนแปลง (β = 0.191) ปัจจัยความคาดหวังในผลการปฏิบัติ (β = 0.176) ปัจจัยสภาพเครื่องอำนวยความสะดวก (β = 0.143) และปัจจัยจำนวนการรับรู้ของผู้ใช้ (β = 0.139) มีอิทธิพลเชิงบวกต่อความตั้งใจใช้บริการธนาคารผ่านโทรศัพท์เคลื่อนที่ได้ร้อยละ 62.1 อย่างมีนัยสำคัญทางสถิติที่ระดับ .01 The researcher attempted to study positive influence of performance expectancy, effort expectancy, perceived credibility, facilitating conditions, awareness, resistance to change, and perceived number of users towards intention to use mobile banking of consumers in Bangkok. The data was analyzed using Pearson Correlation Coefficient and Multiple Regression Analysis from 300 questionnaires from teenagers, working and Retirement people in Bangkok from December 2015 to January 2016. The researcher found that perceived compatibility (β = 0.433) resistance to change (β = 0.191) performance expectancy (β = 0.176) facilitating conditions (β = 0.143) and perceived number of users (β = 0.139) positively affected the intention to use mobile banking, explaining 62.1% of the influence towards the intention to use mobile banking at the significant level of .01. |
