การศึกษาผลกระทบการรับรู้ความเสี่ยงในการใช้งานการระบุตำแหน่ง (Location - Based Services: LBS) บนสื่อสังคมออนไลน์ ต่อความเป็นส่วนตัวของผู้ใช้งานในเขตกรุงเทพมหานคร

Abstract

งานวิจัยนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อศึกษาผลกระทบการรับรู้ความเสี่ยงในด้านความปลอดภัย ด้านความไว้วางใจ และด้านอิทธิพลทางสังคม ในการใช้งานการระบุตำแหน่ง (Location - Based Services: LBS) บนสื่อสังคม ต่อความเป็นส่วนตัวของผู้ใช้งานในเขตกรุงเทพมหานคร โดยกลุ่มตัวอย่างในครั้งนี้คือ ผู้ที่เคยใช้บริการ Location - Based Service: LBS ในระบบเครือข่ายสังคม (Social Network) ในเขตกรุงเทพมหานคร จำนวน400 คน ด้วยวิธีการสุ่มตัวอย่างแบบตามสะดวก แบบกำหนดจำนวนตัวอย่าง และการเลือกตัวอย่างแบบเจาะจง โดยการใช้แบบสอบถามเป็นเครื่องมือในการเก็บรวบรวมข้อมูล สถิติที่ใช้ในการวิเคราะห์ คือ ค่าความถี่ ค่าร้อยละ ค่าเฉลี่ย ค่าความเบี่ยงเบนมาตรฐาน การวิเคราะห์ถดถอยเชิงพหุ (Multiple Regression)และ การวิเคราะห์หาค่าสัมประสิทธิ์สหสัมพันธ์ระหว่างตัวแปรต้นกับ ตัวแปรตาม โดยใช้สูตรของเพียร์สัน (Pearson’s Correlation Coefficient) เพื่อทดสอบความสัมพันธ์ระหว่างตัวแปร ผลการศึกษาพบว่า ผู้ตอบแบบสอบถามส่วนใหญ่เป็นเพศหญิง มีอายุ 26 - 30 ปี มีการศึกษาระดับปริญญาตรี ประกอบอาชีพพนักงานบริษัท/ ลูกจ้างเอกชน มีรายได้เฉลี่ย 20,001 - 30,000 บาท/ เดือน ส่วนใหญ่นิยมใช้งานการระบุตำแหน่ง (Location - Based Service: LBS) ผ่านสื่อสังคมออนไลน์ Facebook เป็นประจำ โดยทราบถึงความเสี่ยงในการใช้งานอยู่แล้ว ผลการทดสอบสมมติฐาน พบว่า ปัจจัยการรับรู้ความเสี่ยงด้านความปลอดภัย และการรับรู้ความเสี่ยงด้านความไว้วางใจ ในการใช้งานการระบุตำแหน่ง (Location - Based Services: LBS) บนสื่อสังคมออนไลน์ ส่งผลกระทบต่อความเป็นส่วนตัวของผู้ใช้งานในเขตกรุงเทพมหานคร โดยที่ปัจจัยการรับรู้ความเสี่ยงด้านความปลอดภัย ส่งผลกระทบต่อความเป็นส่วนตัวของผู้ใช้งานในเขตกรุงเทพมหานครมากที่สุด ในขณะที่ปัจจัยการรับรู้ความเสี่ยงด้านความไว้วางใจ ด้านอิทธิพลทางสังคม ไม่ส่งผลกระทบต่อความเป็นส่วนตัวของผู้ใช้งานในเขตกรุงเทพมหานคร

The objectives of this research were study Perceived Risk of Safety, Trust and Social Influence in The Using of Location - Based Services (LBS) on Social Network That Affecting the Privacy Users in Bangkok. The samples groups for this research are people who use the Location - Based Services on the social network in Bangkok. A sample group of 400 respondents were selected using Convenience Sampling Quota Sampling and Purposive Sampling. This study was conducted using quantitative method for data collection. The data was analyzed using descriptive analysis (frequency, percentage, mean, and standard deviation) and using multiple regression and Pearson’s Correlation Coefficient analysis (Multiple Regression) to examine the relationship between variables. The results found that most of the respondents were female with the age between 26 - 30 years old and graduated a bachelor’s degree. Moreover, they worked for The Personnel/ Employee of Private Companies with an average income of 20,001 – 30,000 baht/ month. Most popularly used Location - Based Service via The Facebook Social Network regularly. And be aware of the risks of use. According to results from testing assumption, it was found that Perceived Risk factors of Safety and Perceived Risk factors of the trust in The Using of Location - Based Services (LBS) on Social Network have an effect on the Privacy Users in Bangkok by The Perceived Risk factors of Safety have an effect on the Privacy Users in Bangkok most. While Perceived Risk factors of Social Influence factors have not an effect on the Privacy Users in Bangkok.
