The result of internal environmental factors analysis found that the strength of this business was the decoration of the restaurant that different from its competitors, ‘the adventure in the sea was a decoration theme of the restaurant. In addition, fresh and quality of ingredients used was also the restaurant’s strength. The weaknesses were the Journey seafood buffet restaurant was very new and not yet well-known to consumers, and the executives of the restaurant were lack of experience in management. Turning to the external environmental factors analysis, the opportunity of this restaurant was the only seafood buffet restaurant in SuratThani province. While the threat was the high cost of raw seafood, therefore the restaurant was not a choice for some customers. The competitive level of this business was high due to there were a lot of indirect competitors in the market and direct competitors that were likely to increase in the future, providing more choices to consumers. The advantages were being the first seafood buffet restaurant in SuratThani province, using fresh and quality ingredient from reliable suppliers, fair services, and the attractive decoration theme. The key strategies were the variety of ingredients, the online communication strategy, and the exotic and excellent service strategy.
