การศึกษาความพึงพอใจในการเช่า Pocket WiFi ไปใช้ในประเทศญี่ปุ่น ของนักท่องเที่ยวชาวไทย

Abstract

การวิจัยเชิงสำรวจนี้มีจุดประสงค์เพื่อศึกษาปัจจัยที่ส่งผลต่อความพึงพอใจในการใช้ Pocket WiFi ในประเทศญี่ปุ่นของนักท่องเที่ยวชาวไทย โดยใช่แบบสอบถามปลายปิดจำนวน 400 ชุด แบ่งการเก็บออกเป็นกลุ่มคือ กลุ่มตัวอย่างบริเวณสนามบินสุวรรณภูมิ 200 ชุด และกลุ่มตัวอย่างจากอินเทอร์เน็ต 200 ชุด ในการเก็บข้อมูลจากกลุ่มผู้เช่า Pocket WiFi ไปใช้ในประเทศญี่ปุ่น วิเคราะห์ข้อมูลโดยใช้สถิติเชิงพรรณนา ได้แก่ การแจกแจงความถี่ ร้อยละ ค่าคะแนนเฉลี่ย ค่าส่วนเบี่ยงเบนมาตรฐาน การทดสอบสมมติฐาน ได้แก่ การวิเคราะห์การถดถอยเชิงพหุ ผลการศึกษาพบว่า ผู้ตอบแบบสอบถามส่วนใหญ่เป็นเพศหญิง มีอายุ 20-25 ปี จบการศึกษาระดับปริญญาตรีหรือเทียบเท่า มีอาชีพเป็นนักเรียน/ นักศึกษา มีรายได้เฉลี่ยต่อเดือน 10,000 -20,000 บาท มีจุดประสงค์ในการเดินทางไปประเทศญี่ปุ่นเพื่อการท่องเที่ยว มีความถี่ในการเดินทางไปประเทศญี่ปุ่นต่ำกว่า 1 ครั้งต่อปี ระยะเวลาในการอยู่ในประเทศญี่ปุ่น 1-5 วัน มีจุดประสงค์ในการเช่า Pocket WiFi เพื่อเล่น Social Network มีการเปรียบเทียบราคาและคุณภาพจากบริษัทผู้ให้ บริการ ผู้ใช้บริการรู้จัก Pocket WiFi จากสื่ออินเทอร์เน็ตเป็นส่วนมาก ผลการทดสอบสมมติฐานพบว่า การศึกษาความพึงพอใจในการใช้ Pocket WiFi ในประเทศญี่ปุ่นของนักท่องเที่ยวชาวไทยอย่างมีนัยสำคัญทางสถิติที่ระดับ 0.05 ได้แก่ ปัจจัยด้านกายภาพ ปัจจัยด้านพฤติกรรมผู้บริโภค ปัจจัยด้านผู้ให้บริการ

This research is aimed to study the factors influence the satisfaction of Thai tourist on rental Pocket WiFi in Japan. The research was collected data from 400 open ended questionnaires equally from 2 groups of samples including 200 questionnaires from tourist in Suvannabumi Airport and 200 questionnaires from the Internet. Data were analyzed by using descriptive statics including the frequency, percentage, mean and standard deviation. The independent samples was used to test the difference of 2 groups. The standard deviation and inferential statistics including hypothesis testing using multiple regression analysis. The research shows that the respondents are mainly female, age between 20-25 years old, undergraduate degree or equivalent, students, income at 10K - 20K a month. All of the respondents are travelling to Japan and some of them have already been there. The frequency of the visit will be less than once a year, with the duration of 1-5 days. The objective of renting the Pocket WiFi is to surf the social networks. The price and package will be compared among providers, the respondents will do their research mainly on the internet. The hypothesis testing found that the research of the factors influence the satisfaction of the Thai tourist on Pocket WiFi in Japan, statically significant at level 0.05; which are the Products, Customer behavior and the service Provider.
