เกมสำหรับฟื้นฟูสมรรถภาพผู้ป่วยที่มีอาการกล้ามเนื้อแขนอ่อนแรงด้วยอุปกรณ์คิเน็ค

Abstract

งานวิจัยนี้เป็นการพัฒนาเกมสำหรับฟื้นฟูสมรรถภาพกล้ามเนื้อแขนของผู้ป่วยที่มีอาการอ่อนแรงด้วยเทคโนโลยีโมชั่นคอนโทรลเลอร์ มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อบำบัดและฟื้นฟูสมรรถภาพกล้ามเนื้อแขนของผู้ป่วยผ่านการเล่นเกมแตะฟองอากาศ ผู้ป่วยต้องแตะฟองอากาศที่แสดงบนหน้าจอคอมพิวเตอร์ ให้ได้จำนวนเยอะที่สุด ระบบจะแสดงคะแนนเมื่อจบเกม นักกายภาพหรือผู้ดูแลผู้ป่วยสามารถนำคะแนนดังกล่าวมาใช้เพื่อประเมินความคืบหน้าการฟื้นฟูของผู้ป่วย

This research presents a game-based for motor weakness rehabilitation using Kinect and motion controller system. The objective is support for arm and hand rehabilitation by playing bubble game. The game designs as a bubble touching game. The patient has to touch bubbles that can see on computer screen by move arms and hands. The system will displays scores when finishes the game. The physical therapist and the patient’s caregiver can use the data for rehabilitation assessment.
