Abstract: การศึกษาวิจัยเรื่อง การสื่อสารทางการตลาดและการรับรู้ภาพลักษณ์ตราสินค้าที่ส่งผลต่อการตัดสินใจซื้อชุดชั้นในยี่ห้อวาโก้ของสตรีในเขตกรุงเทพมหานคร เพื่อศึกษาปัจจัยด้านการสื่อสารทางการตลาดและการรับรู้ภาพลักษณ์ตราสินค้าของชุดชั้นในยี่ห้อวาโก้ที่ส่งผลต่อการตัดสินใจซื้อชุดชั้นในของสตรีในเขตกรุงเทพมหานคร กลุ่มตัวอย่าง คือ ผู้บริโภคที่ซื้อชุดชั้นในยี่ห้อวาโก้ในเขตกรุงเทพมหานคร เพศหญิง ที่มีอายุตั้งแต่ 15 ปี จนถึงอายุ 60 ปีขึ้นไป จำนวน 400 คน โดยวิธีการสุ่มตัวอย่างแบบเจาะจงในการแจกแบบสอบถาม วิธีทางสถิติที่ใช้ ได้แก่ การแจกแจงความถี่ ค่าร้อยละ ค่าเฉลี่ย ส่วนเบี่ยงเบนมาตรฐาน การวิเคราะห์ค่าสัมประสิทธิ์สหสัมพันธ์เพียร์สัน และการวิเคราะห์ถดถอยเชิงพหุ ผลการศึกษาพบว่า ผู้ตอบแบบสอบถามเป็นเพศหญิง มีอายุระหว่าง 31 - 40 ปี สถานภาพโสด มีระดับการศึกษาปริญญาตรี อาชีพพนักงานบริษัท มีรายได้เฉลี่ยต่อเดือน 15,000 - 30,000 บาท มีความถี่ในการซื้อชุดชั้นใน 1-2 ครั้ง/ปี สถานที่ที่ซื้อชุดชั้นใน คือ เซ็นทรัล ซื้อชุดชั้นในจำนวน 1 – 2 ชิ้น/ครั้ง ค่าใช้จ่ายในการซื้อชุดชั้นในโดยเฉลี่ย คือ 1,000 - 1,500 บาท/ครั้ง บุคคลที่มีอิทธิพลในการซื้อ คือ ตนเอง ผลจากการทดสอบสมมติฐาน พบว่าการสื่อสารทางการตลาดและการรับรู้ภาพลักษณ์ตราสินค้ามีความสัมพันธ์กับการตัดสินใจซื้อชุดชั้นในยี่ห้อวาโก้ของสตรีในเขตกรุงเทพมหานคร และเมื่อแยกย่อยองค์ประกอบของการสื่อสารทางการตลาด พบว่าในด้านการขายโดยพนักงานมีความสัมพันธ์กับการตัดสินใจซื้อ ส่วนในด้านการโฆษณา ด้านการประชาสัมพันธ์ ด้านการส่งเสริมการขาย และด้านการจัดกิจกรรมพิเศษ ไม่มีความสัมพันธ์กับการตัดสินใจซื้อ ที่ระดับนัยสำคัญ 0.05 คำสำคัญ: การสื่อสารทางการตลาด, การรับรู้ภาพลักษณ์ตราสินค้า, การตัดสินใจซื้อ, วาโก้
This purposes of this paper is to examine the Marketing Communication and the Perceived Brand Image Affecting Purchase Decision of Wacoal Brand among Female Consumers in Bangkok area.The samples consisted of 400 consumers that purchase Wacoal Brand in Bangkok. There are female age between 15 - 60 years old. Moreove, the method of this paper is distributing the questionnaires to Purposive sampling and the data were analyzed by frequency, percentage, mean, standard deviation, Pearson’s Product Moment Correlationand Multiple Regression. The result of the study were followed by group of the female who average age of 31-40 years old, Single, Uategradurnde, Employees and average of salary is 15,000-30,000 THB. Moreover, the Frequency of buying underwear 1-2 time/year, The shopping place is Central and the average of cost is 1,000-1,500 baht/time. Additionally, people who have influenced is oneself. The result, Marketing Communication by personal selling affects to decision of female consumers purchase Wacoal Brand in Bangkok with overall was highest level and the perception image of the brand affects of decision female consumers purchase in Bangkok with overall was high level. In conclusion, the hypothesis test found that the Marketing Communication and the perception image of brand affect to determination of woman consumers buying in Bangkok with the different 0.05 significance level.
