ปัจจัยที่มีอิทธิพลเชิงบวกต่อความพึงพอใจของลูกค้าที่เข้าอบรม

Abstract

งานวิจัยนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อศึกษา ปัจจัยเนื้อหาหลักสูตร รูปแบบการเรียนการสอน ความรู้และความเข้าใจที่เพิ่มขึ้น แรงจูงใจที่จะเรียน คุณภาพการอบรม ความคุ้มค่า ที่มีผลเชิงบวกต่อความพึงพอใจของลูกค้า โดยเก็บข้อมูลด้วยแบบสอบถามจากกลุ่มตัวอย่างจำนวน 210 คน ที่เข้าอบรมโรงเรียนฝึกอบรมการเดินเรือ A ช่วงเดือนมกราคม ถึงเดือนกุมภาพันธ์ 2559 และทดสอบสมมุติฐานวิจัยด้วยวิธีการวิเคราะห์ความถดถอยเชิงพหุคูณ พบว่า ปัจจัยความคุ้มค่า (β = 0.424) ปัจจัยรูปแบบการเรียนการสอน (β = 0.213) และปัจจัยคุณภาพการอบรม (β = 0.194) ที่มีอิทธิพลต่อความพึงพอใจของลูกค้าที่เข้าอบรมโรงเรียนฝึกอบรมการเดินเรือ A อย่างมีนัยสำคัญทางสถิติที่ระดับ .01 โดยปัจจัยเหล่านี้สามารถอธิบายความแปรปรวนของความพึงพอใจของลูกค้าที่เข้าอบรมโรงเรียนฝึกอบรมการเดินเรือ A ได้ร้อยละ 43.90

The objective of this research was to study the positive influence of content of course, pedagogic approach, increased knowledge and understanding, motivation to learn, quality training, value, affecting consumers’ satisfaction with survey questionnaire from 210 respondents who were the learners at Mariners School A from January to February 2016. The data analyzed using Multiple Regression Analysis. The researcher found that value (β = 0.424), pedagogic approach (β = 0.213), and quality training (β = 0.194) were tested to be positively affected learners’ satisfaction to the training at the school at .01 level of significance, explaining 43.90% of the positive influence toward the learners’ satisfaction.
