Abstract: | การศึกษาฉบับนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อวิเคราะห์พฤติกรรมการใช้สื่อ VDO Content ศัลยกรรมความงามต่อการตัดสินใจทำศัลยกรรมความงาม ตัวอย่างที่ใช้มาจากประชากรในเขตกรุงเทพมหานครที่มีอายุตั้งแต่ 20 ปีขึ้นไป จำนวน 337 คน ทำการสุ่มกลุ่มตัวอย่างตามสะดวก เครื่องมือที่ใช้คือแบบสอบถามปลายปิด มีค่าความน่าเชื่อถือได้ 0.902 สถิติที่ใช้ในการวิเคราะห์ข้อมูลคือ สถิติเชิงพรรณนา ได้แก่ ค่าร้อยละ ค่าเฉลี่ย ส่วนเบี่ยงเบนมาตรฐาน และสถิติเชิงอ้างอิง โดยใช้การวิเคราะห์ความแปรปรวนทางเดียว (One-way Analysis of Variance: One-way ANOVA)
ผลการศึกษาพบว่ากลุ่มตัวอย่างที่ศึกษาส่วนใหญ่เป็นเพศหญิงร้อยละ 81.6 มีอายุ 31 – 40 ปี ร้อยละ 61.7 ศึกษาระดับปริญญาตรีร้อยละ 70.6 มีอาชีพพนักงานองค์กรเอกชนร้อยละ 52.5 และมีรายได้เฉลี่ยต่อเดือน 20,0001 – 40,000 บาท ร้อยละ 42.4 โดยส่วนใหญ่รับชม VDO Content จำนวน 3-4 ครั้งต่อสัปดาห์ร้อยละ 64.7 ในช่วงเวลา 12.00 – 18.00 น. ร้อยละ 38.0 ทาง YouTubeร้อยละ 47.5 โดยดูตั้งแต่ต้นจนจบร้อยละ 32.4 และรับชม VDO Content เกี่ยวกับศัลยกรรมความงามโดยดูรีวิวของบุคคลหลังผ่านการศัลยกรรมความงามร้อยละ 44.2 จากผู้ทำศัลยกรรมความร้อยละ 38.3
สรุปผลการทดสอบสมมติฐาน พบว่า ปัจจัยส่วนบุคคลด้านอายุ อาชีพ รายได้เฉลี่ยต่อเดือนแตกต่างกันมีผลต่อพฤติกรรมการใช้สื่อ VDO Content ด้านจำนวนครั้งในการรับชม VDO Content แตกต่างกันอย่างมีนัยสำคัญทางสถิติที่ระดับ 0.05 และปัจจัยส่วนบุคคลด้านอายุอาชีพรายได้เฉลี่ยต่อเดือนแตกต่างกันมีผลต่อรูปแบบการรับชม VDO Content เกี่ยวกับการทำศัลยกรรมความงามด้านแหล่งที่มาของ VDO Content และด้านประเภทของสื่อ VDO Content เกี่ยวกับศัลยกรรมความงามที่ต่างกันมีผลต่อการตัดสินใจทำศัลยกรรมความงาม แตกต่างกันอย่างมีนัยสำคัญทางสถิติที่ระดับ 0.05 The study aimed to study consumer behavior on being exposed to video content marketing about plastic surgery. The questionnaires were distributed to at least 337 people living in Bangkok area. Their age was 20 years of age and above.
It was important to say that the questionnaires were pilot tested whose background was as same as the population needed in reality and its reliability was 0.902 by using close-ended question method. Percentage, mean, standard deviation, One-way Analysis of Variance: One-way ANOVA were used to analyze.
The study revealed that the majority of the respondents were females 81.6 per cent, aged between 31 and 40 years at 61.7 per cent, obtained undergraduate degree 70.6 per cent, working as private company employees at 52.5 per cent, and earned Baht 20,001 – 40,000 a month at 42.4 per cent. They mostly were exposed to the video content marketing about plastic surgery 3 – 4 times a week at 64.7 per cent, from 12.00 to 18.00 at 38.0 per cent, via YouTube channel 47.5 per cent, and from the beginning to the end of the clips at 32.4 per cent. They also fancied the video content marketing that the persons who had experienced plastic surgery were reviewing at 44.2 per cent and the persons who had experienced plastic surgery at 38.3 per cent. Appropriate content marketing and platform selections in the field of plastic surgery are the research contribution. |
