Abstract: การศึกษาฉบับนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อศึกษาความพึงพอใจต่อคุณภาพการบริการและการรับรู้ ภาพลักษณ์ธนาคารที่ส่งผลต่อความภักดีในการใช้บริการธนาคารเฉพาะกิจในเขตกรุงเทพมหานคร ใช้แบบสอบถามเป็นเครื่องมือในการเก็บรวบรวมข้อมูลและทดสอบความตรงของเนื้อหาและ ความน่าเชื่อถือด้วยวิธีของครอนบาร์ค ตัวอย่างที่ใช้ในการศึกษา คือ ประชาชนทั่วไปผู้ใช้บริการ โดยใช้วิธีการสุ่มตัวอย่างแบบสะดวก มีจำนวน 30 คน ได้ระดับความเชื่อมั่น 0.955 โดยแจกกับ ประชาชนทั่วไปผู้ใช้บริการในเขตกรุงเทพมหานคร จำนวน 400 คน และมีการตรวจสอบ ความเที่ยงตรงของเนื้อหาจากผู้ทรงคุณวุฒิ สถิติที่ใช้ในการวิเคราะห์ข้อมูลเบื้องต้น คือ สถิติเชิง พรรณนา ได้แก่ ค่าร้อยละ ค่าเฉลี่ย ส่วนเบี่ยงเบนมาตรฐาน และสถิติเชิงอ้างอิงที่ใช้ในการทดสอบ สมมติฐานที่ระดับนัยสำคัญ 0.5 ผลการศึกษาพบว่า ผู้ตอบแบบสอบถามทั้งหมดมีจำนวน 400 คน เป็นเพศชาย 164 คน และเป็นเพศหญิง 236 คน ส่วนใหญ่มีอายุ 20–30 ปี จำนวน 248 คน จบการศึกษาระดับปริญญาตรี 242 คน มีสถานภาพ ของผู้มารับบริการเป็นพนักงานบริษัทเอกชน จำนวน 162 คน มีรายได้ 15,001–25,000 บาท/ เดือน จำนวน 171 คน และรู้จักธนาคารออมสินมากที่สุด 288 คน ไม่รู้จักธนาคารเพื่อการนำเข้าและ ส่งออกมากที่สุด 112 คน ผลการวิเคราะห์พบว่า ความพึงพอใจในคุณภาพการบริการของผู้บริโภคแต่ละด้านส่งผลต่อ ความภักดีของผู้ใช้บริการธนาคารเฉพาะกิจ เมื่อพิจารณารายด้านพบว่า ความน่าเชื่อถือ ความมั่นใจ ด้านการสร้างบริการให้เป็นรูปธรรม ด้านความใส่ใจ และด้านการตอบสนองความต้องการของลูกค้า ส่งผลต่อความภักดีในการใช้บริการของลูกค้าผู้ใช้บริการ ที่ระดับนัยสำคัญทางสถิติที่ระดับ 0.05
The objective of this quantitative research was to explore the effect of the satisfaction with the service quality and the image perception of the bank on the consumers’ loyalty to the specialized financial institutions in Bangkok. Questionnaires were used as the data collection tool and were checked for the content validity and reliability using the Cronbach’s alpha coefficient, with a reliability value of 0.955. The sample group in this study included 30 service users, selected by using the convenient sampling method. The questionnaires were distributed to 400 service users of specialized financial institutions in Bangkok. The statistical data analyses were the descriptive statistics including percentage, frequency, and standard deviation, and the inferential statistics, with a statistical significance of 0.5. The results from the study showed that the respondents were 164 males and 236 females. Most of them were 20–30 years old, company workers, had a bachelor’s degree and the average monthly income of THB 15,001–25,000. The bank that they recognized the most was the Government Savings Bank, while the one they recognized the least was the Export–Import Bank. The result analysis also revealed that the satisfaction with each aspect of the service quality had an effect on the service users’ loyalty to the specialized financial institutions. Especially, the aspects of reliability, assurance, tangible, empathy, and responsiveness had an influence on the service users’ loyalty, with a statistical significance of 0.05.
