Abstract: | งานวิจัยจัดทำขึ้นโดยมีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อศึกษาอิทธิพลเชิงบวกของปัจจัยคุณภาพหลังการขาย (After-Sales Quality: AS) ศีลธรรมของผู้ขาย (Seller Morality: SM) การซื้อสินค้าออนไลน์ผ่านทางอินสตาแกรม (Online Shopping via Instagram: IG) ความน่าเชื่อถือ (Trust: TR) การรับฟังคำแนะนำจากเพื่อน (Peer Recommendations: PR) ความเสี่ยงของสินค้า (Product Risk: PD) ความง่ายต่อ
การใช้งาน (Ease-of-Use: EU) ข้อมูลการสนับสนุนที่ได้จากกลุ่มผู้ใช้งาน (User-Generated Content Support: US) การรับรู้ความเสี่ยง (Perceived Risk: PK) ที่มีผลเชิงบวกต่อปัจจัยความตั้งใจซื้อสินค้า (Purchase Intention: PI) จากแบบสอบถาม จำนวน 270 ชุด จากกลุ่มผู้บริโภคที่มีอินสตาแกรม
และเคยมีประสบการณ์ซื้อสินค้าออนไลน์ ช่วงกันยายนถึงเดือนตุลาคม 2558 และวิเคราะห์ข้อมูลโดย
ใช้ค่าสัมประสิทธิ์สหสัมพันธ์แบบเพียร์สันและวิเคราะห์ความถดถอยเชิงพหุคูณ พบว่า มีเพียงปัจจัย
การรับรู้ความเสี่ยง (Perceived Risk: PK) (β = 0.327) ปัจจัยข้อมูลการสนับสนุนที่ได้จากกลุ่มผู้ใช้
งาน (User-Generated Content Support: US) (β = 0.239) ปัจจัยการรับฟังคำแนะนำจากเพื่อน
(Peer Recommendations: PR) (β = 0.159) มีอิทธิพลเชิงบวกต่อความตั้งใจซื้อเสื้อผ้าตามร้านค้าใน
อินสตาแกรมของผู้บริโภค ซึ่งสามารถอธิบายอิทธิพลต่อความตั้งใจซื้อเสื้อผ้าของร้านค้าในอินสตาแกรมของผู้บริโภคได้ร้อยละ 65.7 อย่างมีนัยสำคัญทางสถิติที่ระดับ .01 The researcher attempted to study the positive influence of after-sales quality, seller morality, online shopping via instagram, trust, peer recommendations, product risk, ease-of-use, user-generated content support, and perceived risk affecting purchase intention of clothing products of consumers on Instagram in Bangkok. The 270 questionnaire respondents collected during September to October 2015 were the consumers who had instagram and used to purchase products through online shopping. The data was analyzed using Pearson Product-Moment correlation Coefficient and Multiple regression analysis. It was found that perceived risk (β = 0.327), user-generated content support (β = 0.239), and peer recommendations (β = 0.159) explained 65.7% of the positive influence on purchase intention of the clothing consumers at the significant level of .01. |
