คุณลักษณะส่วนบุคคล วัฒนธรรมการทำงานแบบญี่ปุ่น และแรงจูงใจที่มีผลต่อประสิทธิผลการปฏิบัติงานของพนักงานคนไทยในเขตนิคมอุตสาหกรรม จังหวัดพระนครศรีอยุธยา

Abstract

การศึกษาฉบับนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อศึกษา คุณลักษณะส่วนบุคคล วัฒนธรรมการทำงานแบบญี่ปุ่นและแรงจูงใจที่มีต่อประสิทธิผลการปฏิบัติงานของพนักงานคนไทยในเขตนิคมอุตสาหกรรม จังหวัดพระนครศรีอยุธยา โดยใช้วิธีการสุ่มตัวอย่างแบบสะดวก จำนวน 400 คน เครื่องมือที่ใช้ในการศึกษาคือแบบสอบถามที่ตัวอย่างได้กรอกแบบสอบถามด้วยตนเอง มีการตรวจสอบความเที่ยงตรงของเนื้อหาจากอาจารย์ที่ปรึกษา และมีค่าความเชื่อถือของแบบสอบถามจำนวน 30 ชุด เท่ากับ 0.944 สถิติที่ใช้ในการวิเคราะห์ข้อมูล คือ สถิติเชิงพรรณนาได้แก่ ค่าร้อยละ ค่าเฉลี่ย ส่วนเบี่ยงเบนมาตรฐาน และสถิติเชิงอ้างอิง โดย จะใช้สถิติทดสอบหาความแตกต่าง (t-test) และ (F-test) หรือการทดสอบความแปรปรวนทางเดียว (One-way ANOVA) และการวิเคราะห์การถดถอยแบบพหุคูณ (Multiple Regression Analysis) ผลการศึกษาพบว่าผู้ตอบแบบสอบถามส่วนใหญ่เป็น เพศชาย มีอายุ 31 - 40 มีการศึกษาระดับปริญญาตรี มีรายได้เฉลี่ยต่อเดือน 20,001 - 30,000 บาท มีสถานภาพโสด และมีประสบการณ์การทำงาน 1- 5 ปี โดยเห็นด้วยในระดับมากกับวัฒนธรรมการทำงานแบบญี่ปุ่น โดยด้านลักษณะการใช้อำนาจ มีค่าเฉลี่ยมากที่สุด รองลงมาคือ ด้านลักษณะความเป็นเพศ และด้านลักษณะความเป็นปัจเจกบุคคล ผู้ตอบแบบสอบถามมีแรงจูงใจในการทำงานด้านความสำเร็จของงาน มากที่สุด รองลงมาคือ ด้านลักษณะงานที่ปฏิบัติ ด้านรายได้และสวัสดิการ ด้านความก้าวหน้าในหน้าที่การงาน ด้านความสัมพันธ์กับเพื่อนร่วมงาน ผลการทดสอบสมมติฐาน พบว่า พบว่า คุณลักษณะส่วนบุคคล ด้านเพศ อายุ รายได้เฉลี่ยต่อเดือน ระดับการศึกษา ประสบการณ์การทำงาน สถานภาพ แตกต่างกันมีผลต่อประสิทธิผลการปฏิบัติงานของพนักงานคนไทย ในนิคมอุตสาหกรรมพระนครศรีอยุธยา แตกต่างกัน อย่างมีนัยสำคัญทางสถิติ 0.05 และ วัฒนธรรมการทำงานแบบญี่ปุ่น และแรงจูงใจในการทำงาน มีอิทธิพลต่อประสิทธิผลการปฏิบัติงานของพนักงานคนไทยในเขตนิคมอุตสาหกรรม จังหวัดพระนครศรีอยุธยา อย่างมีนัยสำคัญทางสถิติ 0.05

This study aimed to investigate the personal characteristics, Japanese work culture and motivation effecting Thai employees performance in industrial estates, Phra Nakhon Si Ayutthaya. 400 people were drawn to be the sample of the study by using convenience sampling. The research instrument was a questionnaire that the sample filled out by their own. The questionnaire was submitted to the advisor for validating content validity, and the reliability coefficient of the 30 questionnaires were 0.944. Descriptive statistics (percentage, mean, standard deviation) and inferential statistics (t-test, f-test, one-way ANOVA, multiple regression analysis) were use for describing the data. The results of the study indicated that most respondents were male aged from 31 to 41 years old. Their educational levels were bachelor degree, and had monthly incomes of THB 20,001-30,000, and they had 1-5 years of work experience. They agreed with Japanese work culture at high level: the mean of the use of power was the highest level, followed by the characteristics of gender and characteristics of individuals respectively. The respondents were motivated in work success at the most level, followed by characteristics of the work performance, income and welfare, career advancement, and relationship with colleagues. The hypothesis testing found that there were significant difference in the difference of personal characteristics: sex, aged, monthly income, level of education, work experience and marital status effecting Thai employees performance in industrial estates, Phra Nakhon Si Ayutthaya at 0.05, and there were significant difference in Japanese work culture and work motivation effecting Thai employees performance in industrial estates, Phra Nakhon Si Ayutthaya at 0.05.
