โครงการจัดตั้งสถาบันสอนและพัฒนาบุคลากรด้านการผลิตละครโทรทัศน์ “Behind the Scene Academy”

Abstract

การศึกษาอิสระครั้งนี้เป็นการศึกษาถึงความเป็นไปได้ในการจัดตั้งสถาบันสอนและพัฒนา บุคลากรด้านการผลิตละครโทรทัศน์ Behind the Scene Academy ความพึงพอใจและทัศนคติ ของกลุ่มเป้าหมาย รวมถึงส่วนประสมทางการตลาดและแนวทางในการจัดตั้งสถาบัน โดยใช้วิธี การสอบถามเก็บข้อมูลสัมภาษณ์ผู้กำกับละครโทรทัศน์ จำนวน 3 คน และใช้แบบสอบถามกับทีมงาน ที่ทำงานด้านการผลิตละครโทรทัศน์จำนวน 100 ชุด พบว่า เป็นเพศหญิง คิดเป็นร้อยละ 60% มีอายุ 27 – 31 ปี คิดเป็นร้อยละ 24.2% ระดับการศึกษาปริญญาตรี คิดเป็นร้อยละ 59.2% มีรายได้ ต่อเดือนเฉลี่ย 10,001 – 15,000 บาท คิดเป็นร้อยละ 55.8% ผู้ตอบแบบสอบถามส่วนใหญ่ ไม่เคยผ่านหลักสูตรการศึกษาด้านการผลิตละครโทรทัศน์ คิดเป็นร้อยละ 80% โดยคำนึงถึง ปัจจัยด้านบุคลากรในการผลิตละครโทรทัศน์ ว่าเป็นองค์ประกอบสำคัญ คิดเป็นร้อยละ 100% ไม่รู้จักสถาบันสอนหลักสูตรด้านการผลิตละครโทรทัศน์ คิดเป็นร้อยละ 94.2% และสนใจหากมี การจัดตั้งสถาบันสอนและพัฒนาบุคลากรด้านการผลิตละครโทรทัศน์ Behind the Scene Academy คิดเป็นร้อยละ 98.3% หลักสูตรที่สนใจเรียนมากที่สุด คือ การกำกับละครโทรทัศน์ คิดเป็นร้อยละ 36.7% นอกจากนี้ยังพบว่า กลุ่มเป้าหมายให้ความสำคัญกับหลักสูตรมีมาตราฐาน และอุปกรณ์การเรียนการสอนทันสมัย รวมถึงราคาที่เหมาะสมกับคุณภาพหลักสูตร และมีการจัด ฝึกงานตามความถนัดมากที่สุด

The objectives of this independent study were to conduct the feasibility study in establishment of the Behind the Scene Academy, an institute of personnel education and development for TV series production and to study satisfaction and attitude of the target group as well as marketing mix and practices of establishing the institute. Data were collected from interviewing three TV series directors and responses of 100 TV series production team members through 100 copies of questionnaires. The results showed that the sample mostly was females (60%); those aged 27-31 years (24.2%); those graduated with Bachelor’s degree (59.2%); and those earned 10.001-15,000 baht per month (55.8%). The 80% of the respondents had no experience to take any TV series production course. 100% of them considered personnel as the main element of TV series production. 94.2% of them did not know an institute of personnel education and development for TV series production. 98.3% of them were interested in participating in the Behind the Scene Academy, if it was established. 36.7% of them were interested in TV series direction course. Moreover, the sample prioritized standard course, modern education materials and equipment, reasonable price, quality course, and aptitude based internship.
