Abstract: | การวิจัยนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อศึกษาปัจจัยประชากรศาสตร์ที่มีผลต่อความพึงพอใจ ในการจองห้องพักผ่านระบบอินเทอร์เน็ตของผู้ใช้บริการในเขตกรุงเทพมหานคร โดยใช้แบบสอบถามเป็นเครื่องมือในการเก็บรวบรวมข้อมูลจากผู้บริโภคในกรุงเทพมหานครที่เคยใช้บริการจองห้องพักผ่านระบบอินเทอร์เน็ต จำนวน 400 คน และใช้สถิติการวิเคราะห์ค่าความแปรปรวนทางเดียวในการวิเคราะห์ข้อมูล ผลการศึกษาพบว่า กลุ่มตัวอย่างส่วนใหญ่เป็นหญิง อายุ 31–40 ปี
สถานภาพโสด มีการศึกษาในระดับปริญญาตรี ประกอบอาชีพพนักงาน/ ลูกจ้างบริษัทเอกชน และมีรายได้ส่วนตัวเฉลี่ยต่อ
เดือน 10,001–30,000 บาท (1) ปัจจัยประชากรศาสตร์ จำแนกตามเพศที่แตกต่างกัน มีความพึงพอใจในด้านช่องทาง
การให้บริการ และด้านการให้ความสำคัญรายบุคคล แตกต่างกันในการใช้บริการจองห้องพักผ่าน ระบบอินเทอร์เน็ต (2)ปัจจัยประชากรศาสตร์ จำแนกตามอายุ มีความพึงพอใจในด้านห้องพัก ราคา ความคุ้มค่า และด้านการให้ความสำคัญรายบุคคล แตกต่างกัน ส่วนในด้านความพึงพอใจโดยรวมนั้น มีความพึงพอใจไม่แตกต่างกัน (3) ปัจจัยประชากรศาสตร์ จำแนกตามสถานภาพที่แตกต่างกัน มีความพึงพอใจในด้าน การให้ความสำคัญรายบุคคล และด้านการรักษาความเป็นส่วนตัวแตกต่างกันในการใช้บริการจอง ห้องพักผ่านระบบอินเทอร์เน็ต (4) ปัจจัยประชากรศาสตร์ จำแนกตามระดับ
การศึกษา มีความพึงพอใจในด้านห้องพัก ด้านราคา ความคุ้มค่า การให้ความสำคัญรายบุคคล และความพึงพอใจโดยรวม
แตกต่างกัน (5) ปัจจัยประชากรศาสตร์ จำแนกตามอาชีพที่แตกต่างกัน มีความพึงพอใจในด้านราคา ความคุ้มค่า และด้านการให้ความสำคัญรายบุคคลแตกต่างกันในการใช้บริการจองห้องพักผ่านระบบอินเทอร์เน็ต และ (6) ปัจจัยประชากรศาสตร์ จำแนกตามรายได้ส่วนตัวโดยเฉลี่ยต่อเดือนที่แตกต่างกัน มีความพึงพอใจในการใช้บริการจองห้องพักผ่านระบบอินเทอร์เน็ตโดยรวม และรายด้านทุกด้าน ไม่แตกต่างกัน This research aims at studying demographic factors affecting Bangkok-area customer
satisfaction of online hotel reservation system. By means of questionnaire, 400 samples of experienced customers based in Bangkok were collected. In the process of analyzing gathered information, one-way analysis of variance were used. The result showed that majority of samples were female, 31-40 years old, single, holding an undergraduate degree, office worker or corporate employee, and having an average monthly salary of THB10, 001-30,000. (1) Gender, as a demographic factor, has drawn different satisfaction results in 2 aspects of online hotel reservation system; service channels, and individual priority. (2) Age, as a demographic factor, has drawn different satisfaction results in 4 aspects of online
hotel reservation system; accommodations, price, value for money, and individual priority. However, overall satisfaction result was not different. (3) Marital status, as a demographic factor, has drawn
different satisfaction results in 2 aspects of online hotel reservation system; privacy, and individual priority. (4) Education level, as a demographic factor, has drawn different satisfaction results in 5 aspects of online hotel reservation system; accommodations, price, value for money, individual
priority, and overall satisfaction. (5) Profession, as a demographic factor, has drawn different satisfaction results in 3 aspects of online hotel reservation system; price, value for money, and individual priority. (6) Average monthly salary, as a demographic factor, has drawn on different
satisfaction results in any aspects of online hotel reservation system. |
