Most organizations nowadays regard human resources highly as human resources are a
factor that drives continued success of and creates competitive advantages for organizations. The
objective of this research is to study the impacts of quality of work life and work practices on
employees’ motivation. The sample of this research included 400 employees who work at the
operational level in the Amata Nakorn industrial estate. Questionnaires were used to collect data
from these respondents. Descriptive statistics, including frequency, percentage, mean, and
standard deviation, were employed to analyze data. Various inferential statistics, including t-test,
F-test, ANOVA, and multiple regression analyses, were used to test hypotheses. The resultsindicate that the differences within each of demographic categories, including gender, education
level, monthly income, and work experience, affect employees’ motivation. The multiple
regression analysis indicates that quality of work life and work practices significantly affect
employees’ motivation. |
