Abstract: งานวิจัยจัดทำขึ้นโดยมีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อศึกษาความสัมพันธ์และอิทธิพลเชิงบวกของ ปัจจัยภาพลักษณ์ของห้างสรรพสินค้า (Store Images) ปัจจัยความคาดหวังของลูกค้า (Customer Expectations) ปัจจัยคุณภาพการบริการ (Service Quality) ปัจจัยความเป็นผู้นำด้านผลิตภัณฑ์ (Product Leadership) ปัจจัยภาพลักษณ์ความคุ้มค่าต่อราคาที่ได้รับ (Price Value Image) ปัจจัยลักษณะทางกายภาพ (Physical Aspects) และทัศนคติด้านสิ่งแวดล้อม (Environmental Attitude) ที่มีผลต่อความพึงพอใจของลูกค้า (Customer Satisfaction) จากแบบสอบถาม จำนวน 300 ชุด จากห้างสรรพสินค้า A สาขาศรีนครินทร์ ในจังหวัดสมุทรปราการ ช่วงพฤศจิกายน 2557 และวิเคราะห์ข้อมูลโดยใช้ค่าสัมประสิทธิ์สหสัมพันธ์แบบเพียร์สัน และวิเคราะห์ความถดถอยพหุคูณ พบว่า มีเพียงลักษณะทางกายภาพ (Physical Aspects) ปัจจัยความความเป็นผู้นำด้านผลิตภัณฑ์ (Product Leadership) ปัจจัยภาพลักษณ์ของห้างสรรพสินค้า (Store Images) มีอิทธิพลต่อ ความพึงพอใจของลูกค้าห้างสรรพสินค้า A โดยมีค่าสัมประสิทธิ์ถดถอยของตัวพยากรณ์เท่ากับ 0.308, 0.232, และ 0.182 ตามลำดับ ซึ่งสามารถอธิบายอิทธิพลต่อความพึงพอใจของลูกค้าห้างสรรพสินค้า A ได้ร้อยละ 34.60 อย่างมีนัยสำคัญทางสถิติที่ระดับ .01 ผู้วิจัยได้แนะนำกลยุทธ์ทางการตลาดและงานวิจัยในอนาคตในงานวิจัยนี้ด้วย
The researcher attempted to study the influence of factors positively relating and affecting customer satisfaction of department store A at Srinakarin branch in Samutprakarn province. The independent factors were store images of department store, customer expectations, service quality, product leadership, price value image, physical aspects, and environmental attitude. There were 300 usable questionnaire responded from the customers of department store A braches in November 2014. The data analyzed using Pearson Product-Moment Correlation Coefficient and Multiple Regression Analysis. The researcher found that the following independent factors were tested in order to be affected customer satisfaction of the department store A at .01 level of significance: physical aspects (β = 0.310), product leadership (β = 0.232), and store images (β = 182) explaining 34.60 % of the influence toward customer satisfaction. Marketing strategies and future studies were suggested.
