Abstract: การศึกษาปัจจัยที่มีอิทธิพลต่อทัศนคติและพฤติกรรมความตั้งใจในการเลือกซื้อสินค้าประเภทไอศกรีม: บทบาทประเทศต้นกำเนิด การวิจัยครั้งนี้ มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อ 1) ศึกษาพฤติกรรมการซื้อ แบรนด์ไอศกรีมของผู้บริโภค 2) ศึกษาความสำคัญของประเทศต้นกำเนิดในการเลือกซื้อแบรนด์ไอศกรีม 3) ศึกษาปัจจัยที่มีผลต่อความตั้งใจซื้อด้านทัศนคติ การคล้อยตามกลุ่มอ้างอิง การควบคุมพฤติกรรมรวมถึงการสื่อสารกับกลุ่มเพื่อน กลุ่มตัวอย่างที่ผู้วิจัยเลือกในครั้งนี้ คือบุคคลทั่วไปที่ชอบของหวานประเภทไอศกรีม ในเขตกรุงเทพมหานคร จำนวน 400 คน ด้วยวิธีการเลือกแบบเจาะจง โดยใช้แบบสอบถามเป็นเครื่องมือในการเก็บรวบรวมข้อมูล สถิติที่ใช้ในการวิเคราะห์ คือ ค่าความถี่ค่าร้อยละค่าเฉลี่ย ค่าเบี่ยงเบนมาตรฐานสถิติค่าสัมประสิทธิ์สหสัมพันธ์เพียร์สัน การวิเคราะห์สมการถดถอยเชิงเส้นในรูปแบบการวิเคราะห์การถดถอยอย่างง่ายและการวิเคราะห์ความถดถอยเชิงพหุคูณ การทดสอบสมมติฐาน ได้กำหนดนัยสำคัญที่ระดับ .05 สามารถสรุปผลการศึกษาได้ดังนี้ ผลการศึกษาพบว่าส่วนใหญ่เป็นหญิง จำนวน 273 คน มีอายุ 21-30 ปี ส่วนใหญ่จบการศึกษาปริญญาตรี เป็นพนักงานเอกชนและรายได้เฉลี่ย 10,001-30,000 บาท โดยผู้บริโภคนิยมซื้อไอศกรีมยี่ห้อแม็กนั่มมากที่สุด จากห้างสรรพสินค้าและร้านสะดวกซื้อ ซึ่งความถี่ในการรับประทานจะอยู่ที่ 1-2 ครั้งต่อสัปดาห์ จึงทำให้ผู้วิจัยพบว่าผู้ตอบแบบสอบถามให้ความสำคัญกับปัจจัยด้านทัศนคติและด้านการควบคุมพฤติกรรมในการเลือกซื้อไอศกรีมมากที่สุดและงานวิจัยครั้งนี้พบว่า การสื่อสารระดับกลุ่มเพื่อนส่งผลต่อทัศนคติในเชิงบวกอีกด้วย จากการวิจัยพบว่า ผู้บริโภคในภาพรวมมีความคิดเห็นสอดคล้องกับทฤษฎีพฤติกรรมตามแผนโดยที่การควบคุมพฤติกรรมการบริโภคโดยมีปัจจัยด้านทัศนคติ และการควบคุมพฤติกรรมที่ส่งผลต่อความตั้งใจซื้อไอศกรีมอีกทั้งในด้านประเทศต้นกำเนิดเองก็มีอิทธิพลต่อความตั้งใจซื้อในเชิงบวกต่อความตั้งใจซื้อไอศกรีมในขณะที่สมมติฐานด้านการคล้อยตาม กลุ่มอ้างอิงไม่มีอิทธิพลต่อความตั้งใจซื้อไอศกรีมสำหรับผู้ตอบแบบสอบถามในการศึกษาครั้งนี้ เนื่องจากผู้บริโภคมองว่าการบริโภคไอศกรีมไม่ได้เกิดจากค่านิยมคล้อยตามกลุ่มบุคคลอ้างอิง
This is a study offactors influencing attitude and intention when purchasing ice cream brands: the role of county of origin. The objectives of this research were 1) to study the consumer’s buying behavior of ice cream brands; 2) to study the importance of country of origin towards behavioral intention in buying ice creambrands; and 3) to study the effects of attitudes, subjective norms, perceived behavioral control and country of origin on purchase intention. The samples group for this research included consumers who enjoy eating ice cream in Bangkok Metropolitan area. A sample group of 400 respondents were selected using purposive sampling. This study was conducted using quantitative method for data collection. Thedata was analyzed using descriptive analysis (frequency, percentage, mean, and standard deviation), Pearson’s correlation coefficient, simple and multiple regression. The hypotheses are tested at a significant level of .05. The results shows that most consumers arefemales (273), at the age between 21-30 years old, graduated with a bachelor's degree and work at private companies. The respondents earn an average monthly income between 10,001 and 30,000 baht, with the preference of Wall’sice cream (Magnum) purchasing from department stores and convenience stores. The frequency of eating ice creamis approximately 1-2 times a week. This research found thatattitudes and perceived behavior control are the most important factors when buying ice cream. Also, it was found that peer-to-peer communication influences positive attitude among the respondents. In general, respondents agreed with theory of planned behavior (TPB) in which attitude and perceived behavioral control affect respondents’ Intentions to buy ice cream brand in Bangkok Metropolitan.Moreover, it was found that country of origin has a significant effect on the behavioral intention to buy ice cream brands. However, no significant effect was found for the relationship between subjective norms and purchase intention when buying ice cream. According to the respondents from this study, opinions from influencers have no impact on consumerswhen purchasing an ice cream brand.
