การเลือกทำเลที่ตั้งตู้เอทีเอ็ม โดยใช้กระบวนการวิเคราะห์ตามลำดับชั้น และการให้คะแนนปัจจัย กรณีศึกษาพื้นที่ใรพัทยา จังหวัดชลบุรี

Abstract

งานวิจัยนี้มุ่งเน้นไปที่การวิเคราะห์ลําดับชั้น (AHP) ซึ่งเป็นวิธีทางคณิตศาสตร์ที่ใช้ในการตัดสินใจ และวิเคราะห์ความสําคัญของปัจจัยต่าง ๆ ในกระบวนการตัดสินใจ เพื่อให้เข้าใจและแก้ไขปัญหาทางการ ตัดสินใจที่ซับซ้อน กรณีในการศึกษาของงานวิจัยนี้คือการเลือกสถานที่ตั้งตู้เอทีเอ็มในพื้นที่พัทยา จังหวัด ชลบุรีในการศึกษานี้มี 4 ปัจจัยหลักที่มีผลต่อการตัดสินใจคือ ทําเลที่ตั้ง ราคาค่าเช่า ใกล้แหล่งท่องเที่ยว และสังคมและชุมชน และมีทางเลือกทําเลที่ตั้งตู้เอทีเอ็ม 3 ทางเลือกคือ ทําเล A ทําเล B และทําเล C ผลการวิเคราะห์แสดงให้เห็นถึงความสําคัญของแต่ละปัจจัย โดยมีการกําหนดนํ้าหนักความสําคัญ ในการตัดสินใจ โดยปัจจัยที่มีนํ้าหนักมากที่สุดคือใกล้แหล่งท่องเที่ยว รองลงมาคือ ราคาค่าเช่า ทําเลที่ตั้ง และสังคมและชุมชนตามลําดับ นอกจากนี้งานวิจัยนี้ยังได้ประยุกต์การให้คะแนนปัจจัย (Rating Factor Method) เข้ามามีส่วน สําคัญในการคํานวณร่วมกับค่านํ้าหนักที่ได้จากการวิเคราะห์ด้วย AHP เพื่อประเมินตัวเลือกสถานที่ตั้ง และตัดสินใจในที่สุดได้ว่าทําเล A ได้รับคะแนนรวมสูงสุด โดยมีทําเล C อยู่ในอันดับที่สอง และทําเล B คือตัวเลือกที่ได้คะแนนน้อยที่สุด การวิเคราะห์นี้ช่วยให้เข้าใจว่าปัจจัยใดมีผลมากที่สุดในการตัดสินใจและ เลือกสถานที่ตั้งตู้เอทีเอ็มในพื้นที่พัทยา จังหวัดชลบุรีได้อย่างเป็นระบบ

This research focuses on analytical hierarchies (AHP), a mathematical method used to make decisions and analyze the importance of various factors in the decision making process. To understand and solve complex decision-making problems, the case study of this research is the selection of ATM locations in the Pattaya area. Chonburi Province In this study, four main factors affected the decision: location, rental price, proximity to tourist attractions, and society and community. And there are three ATM location options: Location A, Location B, and Location C. The results of the analysis show the importance of each factor. The weight of matter is determined in decision-making. The factor with the most significant weight is proximity to tourist attractions, followed by rental price, location, and society and com munity, respectively. In addition, this research has applied the rating factor method, which plays a vital role in the calculation and the weights obtained from the AHP analysis to evaluate location options. It was finally decided that location A received the highest overall score, with location C in second place and location B being the option with the lowest score. This analysis helps to understand which factors are most influential in deciding and selecting ATM locations in the Pattaya area. Chonburi Province systematically.
