Abstract

การวิจัยเรื่อง “โครงสร้างและรูปแบบของประโยคที่ใช้ทางห้องสนทนา” เป็นการวิจัยเชิง คุณภาพ โดยมีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อศึกษาภาษาที่ใช้สื่อสารในห้องสนทนา ซึ่งผู้วิจัยใช้การวิเคราะห์ เอกสาร (Textual Analysis) เพื่อหารูปแบบการสื่อสารที่ปรากฏในบทสนทนาทางห้องสนทนา โดย อาศัยการแจงนับและจัดกลุ่ม และใช้วิธีการเก็บรวมรวมข้อมูลการสนทนาจากห้องสนทนาใน เว็บไซต์สนุก จำนวน 4 ห้อง ได้แก่ ห้องสนุกแชท ห้องคุณหนูนอนดึก ห้องมหาวิทยาลัย และห้อง อาวุโส รวมถึงการสัมภาษณ์เชิงลึกผู้ให้ข้อมูลหลัก จำนวน 26 คน ได้แก่ นักศึกษาปริญญาตรี 10 คน ผู้ใช้อินเทอร์เน็ต 10 คน และนักวิชาการด้านภาษาศาสตร์และนักเทคโนโลยีสารสนเทศ จำนวน 6 คน ผลวิจัยการวิเคราะห์เนื้อหา พบว่า ในห้องสนทนาทั้ง 4 ห้อง มีการใช้ประโยคบอกเล่า ประโยคคำถาม ประโยคความเดียวและการตัดคำมากที่สุดในการสนทนา นอกจากนี้การใช้รูปแบบ สัญลักษณ์ในการสนทนา พบว่า มีการใช้การใช้สัญลักษณ์สื่ออารมณ์ (Emoticons) เช่น ☺ การใช้ตัวอักษรแอสกี (ASCII ART) เช่น T_T ^_^ _*_ และการใช้ข้อความแสดงอารมณ์ เช่น 555 อิอิอิ หุหุหุ เป็นต้น ผลการสัมภาษณ์เชิงลึกนักศึกษาและผู้ใช้อินเทอร์เน็ต พบว่า นักศึกษาระบุว่าไม่ได้นำภาษา ที่ใช้ทางห้องสนทนามาใช้ในชีวิตประจำวัน ส่วนผู้ใช้อินเทอร์เน็ตระบุว่าการใช้ภาษาทางห้อง สนทนามีผลต่อการใช้ภาษาในชีวิตประจำวัน เนื่องจากเป็นความเคยชินและทำให้สับสนในการ สะกดคำในภาษาเขียน นอกจากนี้ นักศึกษาและผู้ใช้อินเทอร์เน็ตเห็นว่าเทคโนโลยีมีส่วนในการทำ ให้ภาษาในห้องสนทนาเปลี่ยนแปลงไป เนื่องจากใช้แป้นพิมพ์ในการพิมพ์ข้อความทำให้มีข้อจำกัด ในการพิมพ์ จึงทำให้มีการดัดแปลงคำในการสนทนาเพื่อให้เกิดความรวดเร็วในการสื่อสาร นอกจากนั้น นักศึกษายังเห็นว่าสื่อมวลชนไม่มีผลต่อการทำให้ภาษาทางห้องสนทนาเปลี่ยนแปลง เพราะสื่อส่วนมากนำเสนอภาษาที่ถูกต้อง ส่วนผู้ใช้อินเทอร์เน็ตมองว่าสื่อมวลชนมีผลต่อการใช้ ภาษาทางห้องสนทนา เช่น การนำคำพูดในละครโทรทัศน์มาใช้ในห้องสนทนา อย่างไรก็ตาม นักวิชาการระบุว่าการใช้ภาษาในห้องสนทนาของวัยรุ่นเป็นเรื่องธรรมชาติ และไม่ใช่เรื่องแปลกที่จะใช้ภาษาเหล่านี้ในการสนทนา และยังมองว่าเทคโนโลยีมีผลต่อการทำให้ เกิดการเปลี่ยนแปลงของภาษาเนื่องมาจากข้อจำกัดในการพิมพ์ซึ่งอาจจะมีการดัดแปลงการใช้ภาษา ให้สั้นลงเพื่อความสะดวกในการสนทนา อีกทั้งยังเห็นว่าสื่อมวลชนมีผลทำให้ภาษาเปลี่ยนแปลง เช่นกัน รวมไปถึงวิวัฒนาการทางภาษาที่มีการเปลี่ยนแปลงอยู่ตลอดเวลาหรือการใช้คำแสลงต่าง ๆ ในช่วงยุคนั้น ๆ โดยเห็นว่าเป็นภาษาของกลุ่มคนกลุ่มหนึ่งภายในห้องสนทนาที่อยากจะมี เอกลักษณ์เป็นของตัวเอง และมองแนวโน้มการใช้ภาษาทางอินเทอร์เน็ตว่าจะมีคำใหม่ ๆ เกิดขึ้น มากมาย และคำที่เป็นทางการก็จะลดน้อยลงและจะมีคำที่ไม่สุภาพมากขึ้น

The research on “The Structure and Format of Sentence Used in the Chat Room” is the qualitative research which is aimed to study the communicative language in the chat room. The researcher used the Textual Analysis in order to find the format of spoken language appearing in the conversation of chat room, and it was analyzed by counting and categorizaing. The data were collected from the conversation in 4 chat rooms of Sanook website: Chat Sanook, Khun Noo Non Duek, Mahawittayalai, and Awuso. Also, the in-depth interviews with 26 interviewees were conducted : 10 were BA students, 10 were internet users, and 6 were linguists and IT people. The result of content analysis reveals the affirmative sentence, interrogative sentence, simple sentence, and word segmentation used in the conversation of the whole 4 chat rooms, Moreover, there appeared emoticons such as ‘☺’ , the ASCII ART such as ‘T_T’, ‘^_^’, ‘_*_’, and the emotional words such as ‘555’, ‘ie-ie’ and ‘hu-hu’, etc. As for the result of the in-depth interviews with the students and internet users, the students identified that the language used in the chat room did not affect their daily life language. However, the internet users said that the conversation used in the chat room affected their daily life because of the familiarity and confusion of word spelling. The students and IT people also realized that the technology influenced and changed the language in the chat rooms due to typing limitation. Using a keyboard for typing the message made them change words for faster conversation. The student agreed that mass media did not affect the change of language in the chat room since mass media mostly presented the correct language. However, the internet users thought that mass media affected the language in the chat room such as the catchword copied from soap operas and used it in the chat room. As for the academicians, they revealed the adolescence naturally used this type of language in communication and the technology influenced the language change due to the typing.
