การรับรู้ระดับการให้บริการของนักท่องเที่ยวมุสลิมต่อการจัดการการท่องเที่ยวแบบฮาลาลในเขตกรุงเทพมหานคร

Abstract

การศึกษาครั้งนี้ มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อศึกษาความสัมพันธ์ระหว่างการรับรู้ระดับการให้บริการการท่องเที่ยวแบบฮาลาลของสถานที่ท่องเที่ยว สถานที่พักแรม และภัตตาคาร หรือร้านอาหารในเขตกรุงเทพมหานครกับการกลับมาใช้บริการซ้ำและการบอกต่อแบบปากต่อปากของนักท่องเที่ยวมุสลิม งานวิจัยนี้เป็นการวิจัยแบบผสมทั้งเชิงปริมาณและเชิงคุณภาพ เป็นการศึกษาโดยใช้แบบสอบถาม จากกลุ่มนักท่องเที่ยวชาวไทยและชาวต่างชาติ จำนวน 384 คน และสัมภาษณ์เชิงลึก จำนวน 10 คน เครื่องมือวิจัย ได้แก่ แบบสอบถาม และสถิติวิเคราะห์ข้อมูลเชิงพรรณนา ได้แก่ ค่าความถี่ ค่าร้อยละ ค่าเฉลี่ยและส่วนเบี่ยงเบนมาตรฐาน และสถิติเชิงอนุมาน ได้แก่ การทดสอบ t-test, ANOVA และการทดสอบความสัมพันธ์ด้วยการวิเคราะห์ค่าสหสัมพันธ์เพียร์สัน ผลการวิจัยพบว่า การรับรู้ระดับการให้บริการการท่องเที่ยวแบบฮาลาล เฉพาะด้านภัตตาคารหรือร้านอาหารมีความสัมพันธ์อย่างมีนัยสำคัญทางสถิติกับการกลับมาใช้บริการซ้ำของนักท่องเที่ยวมุสลิมในเขตกรุงเทพมหานคร ในขณะที่การรับรู้ระดับการให้บริการการท่องเที่ยวแบบ ฮาลาลทุกด้านไม่มีความสัมพันธ์กับการบอกต่อของนักท่องเที่ยวชาวมุสลิม โดยภาพรวมนักท่องเที่ยวมุสลิมส่วนใหญ่มีความตั้งใจจะกลับมาเที่ยวซ้ำ และแนะนำบอกต่ออย่างแน่นอน ข้อเสนอแนะในการเตรียมความพร้อมเพื่อรองรับการท่องเที่ยววิถีฮาลาลในการจัดการท่องเที่ยว ในด้านสถานที่ท่องเที่ยว ร้านอาหาร ที่พักแรม และบุคลากร ที่สำคัญควรคำนึงและให้ความสนใจนำบทบัญญัติศาสนาอิสลาม เข้ามามีส่วนร่วมในการกำหนดเป็นรูปแบบการจัดการท่องเที่ยววิถีฮาลาลอย่างถูกต้อง ครบถ้วน ทุกประการ ตามหลักคำสอนหลักปฏิบัติและข้อห้ามของศาสนาอิสลามที่มีความเคร่งครัด โดยเฉพาะ ผู้ประกอบธุรกิจควรเพิ่มความเชี่ยวชาญในการจัดโปรแกรมการท่องเที่ยวและการเดินทางที่สอดคล้องกับนักท่องเที่ยวชาวมุสลิม เพื่อปรับปรุงการให้บริการและสถานที่ให้เป็นมิตรกับนักท่องเที่ยวชาวมุสลิมมากยิ่งขึ้น

This research aims to examine the relationship between the perceived service level of halal tourism in Bangkok, specifically focusing on tourist attractions, accommodations, and restaurants, with the re-use intention and word-of-mouth intentions of Muslim tourists. A mixed-methods approach was adopted, employing both quantitative and qualitative methodologies. Data were collected through questionnaires from 384 Thai and foreign tourists, supplemented by 10 in-depth interviews. The analysis involved descriptive statistics, such as tally, percentage, means, and standard deviations, and inferential statistics, including t-tests, ANOVA, and Pearson Correlation. Qualitative data were analyzed using a content analysis approach. The findings indicated that the perceived service level of halal tourism, particularly in terms of restaurants, exhibited a statistically significant relationship with tourists' re-visit intentions. However, no significant relationships were observed between the perceived service levels in other aspects (tourist attractions and accommodations) and the intention to revisit or engage in word-of-mouth promotion. Overall, the majority of Muslim tourists expressed a strong intention to repeat their trips. Based on the study results, it is recommended that halal service providers give greater consideration to the doctrines, practices, and prohibitions of Islam Religion to better cater to the needs of Muslim tourists. Business operators, in particular, should acquire expertise in designing tourism and travel programs that align with Muslim beliefs and practices. By doing so, they can enhance their services and create more welcoming environments for Muslim tourists.
