Abstract

ในปัจจุบันเทคโนโลยีเข้ามามีบทบาทต่อการดำเนินชีวิตของคนไทยอย่างเห็นได้ชัด ระบบหรือ IT Solution ต่าง ๆ กลายเป็นเรื่องใกล้ตัวและสามารถเข้าถึงได้ง่ายขึ้น ยิ่งในยุค New Normal นี้ ไม่ว่าจะหันไปทางไหน ก็จะต้องเจอกับเทคโนโลยีไม่ว่าจะทางใดทางหนึ่ง เช่น การซื้อสินค้าออนไลน์ การจ่ายเงินผ่านการสแกนคิวอาร์โค้ด การเรียนออนไลน์ และการทำงานจากที่บ้านผ่านโปรแกรมต่าง ๆ เป็นต้น คนไทยตระหนักถึงความสำคัญของเทคโนโลยีมากขึ้น อุตสาหกรรมเทคโนโลยีมีการเติบโตที่สูงขึ้นเฉลี่ย 10.5% ต่อปี และคาดว่าจะเติบโตขึ้นอีกเรื่อย ๆ ทีมผู้บริหารจบการศึกษา และมีประสบการณ์ทำงานตรงสายโดยเฉพาะ ก่อนที่จะจัดตั้งบริษัท เราได้ให้บริการด้านเขียนระบบ โปรแกรม แอปพลิเคชัน หรือเรียกได้ว่า IT Solution ในนามของฟรีแลนซ์มาก่อน โดยมีประสบการณ์ทั้งงานจากหน่วยงานราชการและภาคเอกชน จำนวนงานที่ผ่านเข้ามาในแต่ละปี ยิ่งทำให้มั่นใจว่าอุตสาหกรรมนี้ยังไปได้อีกไกล จากการเล็งเห็นโอกาสดังกล่าว ทีมผู้บริหารจึงได้ตัดสินใจจัดตั้งบริษัทขึ้นด้วยทุนจดทะเบียน 1,000,000 บาท ในเดือนสิงหาคม พ.ศ. 2564 โดยใช้ชื่อว่า บริษัท บีเอ็นเอ็น อินทีเกรชั่น จำกัด ที่เน้นให้บริการแบบ All-in-one IT Solution Service ไม่ว่าจะเป็นการออกแบบ วางระบบ ให้คำปรึกษา จัดทำระบบเพื่อตอบสนองความต้องการของกลุ่มลูกค้าเป้าหมาย บริษัท บีเอ็นเอ็น อินทีเกรชั่น จำกัด เริ่มต้นมีผู้ถือหุ้นทั้งหมด 3 คน ที่มีความถนัดเฉพาะแต่ละคน ได้แก่ โปรแกรมเมอร์หรือดีเวลลอปเปอร์ที่มีประสบการณ์มากกว่า 5 ปี ในการพัฒนาทุกแพลตฟอร์ม รวมถึงเคยเป็นหัวหน้าทีมในการบริหารโครงการมาก่อน นักบัญชีที่มีประสบการณ์กว่า 2 ปี เคยเป็นส่วนหนึ่งของบริษัทระดับโลกและธุรกิจดั้งเดิมของครอบครัว และฝ่ายขายที่มีประสบการณ์มากกว่า 7 ปี เคยเจรจาซื้อขายมาแล้วทั้งภาครัฐและเอกชน เงินลงทุนทั้งหมดมาจากส่วนของเจ้าของ 100% โดยคาดว่าระยะเวลาคืนทุนอยู่ที่ 2.5 ปี และในแต่ละมีจะต้องมีผลกำไรไม่ต่ำกว่า 40%

Nowadays, technology is significantly one of the most important parts of our daily life, especially in this new normal era. Our routine activities undeniably involve with technology, such as online shopping, online payment and working from home using various online platforms. People are more aware of technology. Moreover, this industry is growing around 1.5% per year and is expected to be growing continuously. We, the founders, have the study backgrounds and working experiences directly in this field of work before deciding to establish this company. We used to provide IT Solution services such as writing program, application or website as the freelance team for at least 2 years. We have also been working with both private organizations and the government. As we have seen the opportunity, we decided to establish this company, BNN Integration, with registered stock of 1,000,000 Baht. BNN Integration provides all kinds of IT Solution, and consulting as well to help our target clients solve their problems and help them meet their needs. BNN Integration has 3 shareholders who has the different experiences and skills. First, the programmer who has at least 5 years of experiences in coding and developing in all platforms. Second, the accountant who has 2 years of experiences working in both renowned global company and own family business. Last one is sales person who has more than 7 years of experiences. The expected payback period is 2.5 years and expected profit is at least 40% per project.
