Abstract

การจัดทำแผนธุรกิจการผลิตและจำหน่ายพาเลทไม้ มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อศึกษาถึงกลยุทธ์ในการบริหารและการตลาด โดยให้มองเห็นเป็นภาพรวม เป็นขั้นตอน อีกทั้งการศึกษาความเป็นไปได้ของตลาดในอนาคต และมุ่งเน้นเพื่อหาข้อบกพร่องภายในกิจการ เพื่อให้เป็นแนวทางในการบริหารและตัดสินใจดำเนินกิจการ การศึกษาทั้งปัจจัยภายนอกที่เกิดขึ้นนั้น ทำให้ทราบถึงการเปลี่ยนแปลงของการขายผลิตภัณฑ์ไปตามนโยบายของภาครัฐ กลุ่มธุรกิจผู้ส่งออกสินค้าไปยังต่างประเทศ และกลุ่มธุรกิจขนส่งสินค้า ซึ่งหากเศรษฐกิจในภาพรวมของโลกมีการหมุนเวียนที่ดี ธุรกิจในกลุ่มนี้ก็จะสามารถเติบโตไปได้สูงขึ้น โดยงานค้นคว้าอิสระฉบับนี้นั้น ได้ทำการวิเคราะห์และประมาณการงบประมาณต่าง ๆ ที่ใช้ในการลงทุน รวมถึงความต้องการพัฒนามาตรฐานและบุคลากรในด้านต่าง ๆ อีกทั้งการจัดตั้งธุรกิจโรงงานนี้จำเป็นต้องมีมาตรฐานใดบ้าง อาทิ มาตรฐาน อนุสัญญาอารักขาพืชระหว่างประเทศ เพื่อป้องกันการระบาดของศัตรูพืช (IPPC) เพื่อให้ผ่านการตรวจสอบและสามารถส่งสินค้าส่งออกไปยังต่างประเทศได้ ทางบริษัทมีผลกำไรเป็นที่น่าพอใจ ซึ่งมีระยะเวลาคืนทุนภายใน 2 ปี อีกทั้งมีกระแสเงินสดที่ดีมองเห็นเป็นรูปธรรม ทำให้การดำเนินงานไม่ติดขัด โดยในอนาคตหากเกิดปัญหาได้มองถึงแผนฉุกเฉินในการทำเฟอร์นิเจอร์ไว้ในอนาคต
