Abstract: การศึกษาครั้งนี้ มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อศึกษาความเป็นไปได้ในการเปิดร้าน PUNPATCHA (พรรณพัดชา) ให้บริการเช่าชุดราตรีในเขตบางบอน จังหวัดกรุงเทพมหานครในด้านการตลาด ด้านเทคนิค ด้านการจัดการ และด้านการเงิน โดยวิเคราะห์สภาพแวดล้อมทั่วไปทางธุรกิจ (PESTE Analysis) วิเคราะห์สภาพแวดล้อมทางการแข่งขัน (Five Force Model) การวิเคราะห์จุดแข็ง จุดอ่อน โอกาส และอุปสรรค (SWOT Analysis) วิเคราะห์ส่วนประสมทางการตลาด (Marketing Mix: 7’Ps) วิเคราะห์ด้านการจัดการ (Management Analysis) วิเคราะห์ด้านเทคนิค (Technical Analysis) และวิเคราะห์ด้านการลงทุน โดยเก็บข้อมูลด้วยแบบสอบถามจากกลุ่มตัวอย่าง จำนวน 371 คน พบว่าปัจจัยส่วนประสมทางการตลาด เอื้อประโยชน์ต่อการลงทุน โดยมีผู้ให้ความสนใจจะเข้าใช้บริการ 63.21% จึงมีความเป็นไปได้ทางการตลาด ด้านเทคนิค เป็นการวิเคราะห์ด้านสถานที่และการออกแบบร้าน รวมถึงการควบคุมคุณภาพ ในการดำเนินการมีความเป็นไปได้ด้านเทคนิค ด้านการจัดการ พบว่าการจัดบุคลากรที่มีความรู้ความสามารถในการปฏิบัติงานมีคุณสมบัติตรงตามตำแหน่งที่กำหนดไว้ มีการวางผังองค์กรอย่างมีระบบ การวางแผนงานให้เป็นไปตามกำหนด ดังนั้นจึงมีความเป็นไปได้ด้านการจัดการ ส่วนในด้านการเงินพบว่ามีการลงทุนทั้งสิ้น 2,000,000 บาท โดยเป็นส่วนของเจ้าของทั้งหมด จากการประเมินโครงการพบว่ามีมูลค่าปัจจุบัน (NPV) เท่ากับ 7,858,901.67บาท มีอัตราผลตอบแทนภายในโครงการ (IRR) เท่ากับร้อยละ 107 และระยะเวลาในการคืนทุน 1 ปี 6 เดือน จึงสรุปได้ว่าร้านให้เช่าชุดราตรีมีความเป็นไปได้และมีความน่าสนใจในการลงทุน
This report looks at the possibility to open a business providing an evening gown rental service in Bang Bon district, Bangkok. The business has been analyzed for viability using the following: The PESTLE Analysis which is the concept is used as a tool by companies to consider external influences including Political, Economic, Sociological, Technological, Legal and Environmental areas that may have an impact on the business. Porters Five forces model to identify the level of competition in the market place looking at Buyers, Suppliers, New Entrants and potential substitutes to determine the level of industry rivalry. A SWOT Analysis of the business & industry to help identify strengths, weakness, opportunities, and threats which acts as a useful tool for strategic planning. Using the Marketing Mix (7P's) is combination of 7 elements of marketing that aim to work together to achieve maximum results consisting of Product, Place, Price, Promotion, Physical Evidence, People, and Processes. Management analysis is analysis, planning, implementation, and control of programme designed to bring about desired exchanges with target markets for the purpose of achieving organizational objectives. Technical analysis that attempts to understand the market sentiment by looking for patterns and trends. A market survey collecting data from 371 people found that 235 or 63% of those participating showed an interest in using the evening gown rental service at the proposed location and looked favorably on the designs and quality. In terms of management, it was found that the personnel have knowledge and ability to perform their work competently. The organization has good systemized working processes and planning. Financially the investment of 5,000,000 Baht shows a projected NPV of 7,858,901.67 using a WACC of 6% and an IRR of 107% making this a good investment.
