การศึกษาความพึงพอใจของนักท่องเที่ยวชาวไทยที่เข้าใช้บริการที่พักแรมเชิงนิเวศ กรณีศึกษา Bangkok Tree House

Abstract

การศึกษาครั้งนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์ (1) เพื่อศึกษาปัจจัยด้านประชากรศาสตร์ของนักท่องเที่ยวชาวไทยที่เข้ามาใช้บริการที่พักแรมเชิงนิเวศ กรณีศึกษา Bangkok Tree House (2) เพื่อศึกษาพฤติกรรมของนักท่องเที่ยวชาวไทยที่เข้ามาใช้บริการที่พักแรมเชิงนิเวศ กรณีศึกษา Bangkok Tree House และ (3) เพื่อศึกษาระดับความพึงพอใจของนักท่องเที่ยวชาวไทยที่เข้ามาใช้บริการที่พักแรมเชิงนิเวศ กรณีศึกษา Bangkok Tree House กลุ่มตัวอย่างที่ใช้ในการศึกษา คือ กลุ่มนักท่องเที่ยวชาวไทยที่เข้ามาใช้บริการที่พักแรมเชิงนิเวศ กรณีศึกษา Bangkok Tree House จำนวน 400 คน โดยใช้แบบสอบถามและวิธีการสุ่มตัวอย่างแบบสะดวก (Convenience Sampling) สถิติที่ใช้ในการทดสอบสมมติฐานคือ ค่าความแปรปรวน t-test ค่าความแปรปรวนทางเดียว (One Way ANOVA) และวิเคราะห์เปรียบเทียบความแตกต่างของค่าเฉลี่ยรายคู่ด้วยวิธี LSD (Least-Significant Different) และสถิติไคสแควร์ (Chi-square) ที่ระดับนัยสำคัญ 0.05 ผลการวิจัย พบว่า 1) ผู้ตอบแบบสอบถามส่วนใหญ่เป็นเพศหญิง (ร้อยละ 64.30) อายุระหว่าง 20–30 ปี (ร้อยละ 70.00) สถานภาพโสด (ร้อยละ 91.80) การศึกษาระดับปริญญาตรี (ร้อยละ 76.30) อาชีพเป็นพนักงานบริษัทเอกชน (ร้อยละ 57.50) รายได้ 15,000-30,000 บาท (ร้อยละ 59.80) 2) กลุ่มตัวอย่างส่วนใหญ่มีวัตถุประสงค์ในการเข้าใช้บริการที่พักแรมเพื่อพักผ่อน (ร้อยละ 99.00) ผู้ร่วมเดินทางเป็นคนรัก/แฟน (ร้อยละ 54.30) ระยะเวลาในการเข้าใช้บริการที่พักแรม 1 คืน (ร้อยละ 74.50) เดินทางมาท่องเที่ยวโดยรถยนต์ส่วนตัว (ร้อยละ 91.30) 3) ระดับความพึงพอใจของนักท่องเที่ยวชาวไทยที่เข้าใช้บริการที่พักแรมเชิงนิเวศกรณีศึกษา Bangkok Tree House โดยรวมมีคะแนนเฉลี่ยอยู่ในระดับมาก ซึ่งเมื่อพิจารณาเป็นรายด้านพบว่า ด้านสถานที่มีคะแนนเฉลี่ยสูงที่สุด รองลงมา คือ ด้านสิ่งอำนวยความสะดวกและกิจกรรมสันทนาการ และลำดับที่ 3 คือ ด้านการให้บริการ

This research aimed (1) to study the demographic factors of Thai tourists using the ecological accommodation: a case study of Bangkok Tree House (2) to study the behavior of Thai tourists using the ecological accommodation: a case study of Bangkok Tree House and (3) to study the level of satisfaction of Thai tourists using the ecological accommodation: a case study of Bangkok Tree House. The sample group used in the study is 400 Thai tourists using the ecological accommodation, using convenience sampling. The statistics used to test the hypothesis were t-test, one-way variance (One Way ANOVA). Least Significant Difference (LSD) was also used to determine the minimum difference between any two means and Chi-square at significance level 0.05. The research showed that 1) 1) Most of the respondents were female (64.30%), aged between 20-30 years (70.00%), single status (91.80%), bachelor degree education (76.30%), occupation as a private company employee (57.50%), income 15,000 - 30,000 baht (59.80%) 2) Most of the respondents have the purpose of using the hotel for leisure (99.00%), traveling partner is lover/girlfriend (54.30%), time to use the service at 1 night stay (74.50%), traveling by car (91.30%). 3) The satisfaction level of Thai tourists using ecological accommodation: a case study of Bangkok Tree House, the overall has a high level, when considered in each aspect found that in terms of places with the highest average scores, followed by facilities and recreation activities, and the third is services.
